I could never say enough about how wonderful NWS is. I'm SO grateful that I found them! I have lots and lots of experience working with Therapists and Psychiatrists - I never came across such an organized group, willing to go the extra mile and then some for you. They genuinely care about their clients. I did 12 weeks with Sydney Platt... And in all my time doing therapy, I mostly just talked. Sydney helped me to get in my body, and rephrase my wording in such a way that was so subtle, but changed everything. Dr Khan is my psychiatrist - seriously, I never met anybody that knew their medicines better. Such a wonderful person, and cleaned up all the mess of medication that all the previous therapists just threw at me. Cassandra, his assistant, spent months tracking down what kind of metal I had in my brain from brain surgery. It was nowhere to be found, and she finally tracked it down by repeatedly calling the company that manufactured it. Talk about going the extra mile! And I'm so grateful, because I am able now to do the TMS. That in of itself is amazing! My OCD and anxiety has greatly lessened, as well as my depression and general view I filter the world through. Every member of the staff have been amazing, and I have felt in wonderful hands with Dr Hill doing my TMS. I am not the same person I was when I first found them, in such wonderful ways. Thank you so so much TMS! Know you will be in caring and trustworthy hands with them.

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Hill and his team I would. I was struggling with a lot of anxiety and depression. I’m in recovery but I needed some outside help. Dr. Hill treats his patients and staff like family. He is a gem and is the most approachable doctor I’ve ever met. He puts you at ease and is completely nonjudgmental. Nico was my TMS tech. He’s reliable, kind and engaging. Evelyn is the first face I see when I arrive and she always so warm and helpful. Sarah, the office manager is a hoot; an absolute one of a kind. The TMS treatment helped tremendously. I was scared and skeptical to be honest, but as I sit here and wrote this review, I am at peace. I have my energy back. I still have problems (haha) but they aren’t for me to solve. Thank you for everything your team has given me. I truly adore you guys and will be forever thankful.

Dr. Hill, Lupe, Sarah, and Nico are all amazing human beings. they truly care about their patients. the relationship between client and worker is very therapeutic. Not only is TMS legit but you also are getting "free" therapy at every session if you want to. i'm only half way through treatment and ive already made immense progress with my mental health. my mental health story prior to TMS has been a difficult road. I have tried medication, meditation, exercise, you name it i've tried it. now i continue to exercise and meditate and im still medicated but i didn't feel completely better and even better than i could have ever imagined till i started TMS. mental health progress is 100% a multifactorial process but with saying that ever since i started TMS and over the past 4.5 weeks i can see and feel the immense progress. i would highly recommend TMS treatment and this location specifically if you are trying to improve your quality of life focused on mental health and medication and other treatments aren't working.
note: the practice is very clean and everyone is very friendly and personable but also professional. I really couldn't ask for more from this highly educated staff.

I just finished up my TMS treatment with Dr. Hill and I went from a hopeless state of mind to genuine happiness and extremely motivated. Outside of Dr. Hill being an amazing psychiatrist, he is also so relatable and has an authentic personality. His team: assistance, schedulers and technicians are the sweetest people and bring so much positivity to the office where I felt comfortable talking about day-to-day struggles and successes with them as well. It was a great experience and revived my whole lifestyle. Thank you all, for everything you do and I highly recommend taking this step, if you struggle with mental illnesses!

I am so grateful to have found this office.
Dr Hill and Carla have been so helpful.
Dr Hill is the most compassionate and caring doctor and very knowledgeable. I have seen several psychiatrist in the past but none have come close to Dr Hill.
Carla has been my TMS technician. She has been very patient with me, very comforting and caring. I was skeptical about doing TMS at first, but im so glad i invested the time to do it. I have shown significant improvement, and hope the result last a long time. I highly recommend Dr Hill and the team here.

I had an amazing experience doing TMS at Neuro Wellness Spa! Carla was my TMS technician and she is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and skilled. She was friendly, welcoming and answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. TMS helped me get “unstuck” and feel joy in life again. I’m so glad Neuro Wellness Spa worked with my insurance to help me access this treatment. Dr. Hill checked in with me throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly as well.
