I cannot recommend Bianca and Neurofit enough. My daughter has severe balance and gait issues due to Pediatric Episodic Ataxia. Bianca was the only professional who took my concerns seriously and empowered me to keep searching for answers. After a year of weekly sessions and an Intensive PT program, she is now able to “fall safely” and alternate feet on going up/down the stairs. Without Bianca’s support and guidance my daughter would not be where she is today.

We met Dr. Mendonça (lovingly called "Ms. Bianca" by our daughter) almost a year ago during one of the hardest times in our lives. After brain surgery, our then almost two-year-old suddenly lost the use of one leg, leaving us scared and searching for help. Dr. Mendonça’s creativity, patience, and ability to connect with a toddler is unmatched. She made challenging therapy sessions fun, using playful approaches to ensure our daughter completed her exercises. She always assessed our daughter's progress holistically, considering where she was and what she could achieve, making adjustments with tools like orthotics, taping, or heel wedges as needed.

True to Neurofit’s name, Dr. Mendonça has a profound understanding of the neural and motor systems, how they work together, and how they evolve. Under her care, our daughter not only made remarkable progress but also developed a love for therapy—she calls it "games" and wants to keep practicing at home! Dr. Mendonça provides clear and actionable home programs that make it easy for us as parents to continue supporting her progress.

Dr. Mendonça came into our lives during a very dark time and has become a bright, lasting source of positivity. We cannot recommend her and Neurofit highly enough. No one ever wants to need physical therapy for their child, but if you do, you couldn’t find better hands than Dr. Mendonça’s.

Dr. Mendonça is amazing! I was so worried when my son was diagnosed with moderate torticollis and plagiocephaly at 3 months old. Dr. Mendonça provided us with a program full of exercises that ultimately resolved both issues and prevented us from needing a helmet. More importantly, the stretches that she provided did not cause my son discomfort or pain, unlike many other PT approaches. Lastly, my son loves her and she is wonderful with him! I cannot recommend NeuroFit enough.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Nima Tabloie and cannot recommend him highly enough. After developing a rare neurological disorder that left me in pain and barely able to walk, I knew a traditional physical therapy regimen wasn't going to cut it.

After my free consultation with Dr. Nima it was clear I'd come to the right place. He put in the time to research my condition and built a plan accordingly. In 4 weeks we were able to accomplish what doctors told me would take anywhere from 2-6 months.

Dr. Nima's vast knowledge of all the body's systems led to a holistic approach that gave me full confidence in him and the program. The program was definitely intense, but always stayed fun and positive. Again, I can't recommend coming here for your PT needs enough.

The Tabloei Experience:
I met Dr. Tabloei in May of 2022. He came to my home to assist me post-op with in-home Physical Therapy after a total knee replacement. The first replacement a year earlier, left me with me a “loose” knee, severely limping, in chronic pain and fairly disabled. Come to find out that this 2nd surgery as a repair was a not done correctly either.
Dr. Tabloei immediately struck me as very personal, confident, professional practitioner and he took charge of my treatment with innovation, professionalism and a skillset that leaves me in awe to this day. He always makes me feel like I am his only patient, as he is never rushed and gives me his undivided attention and is remarkable in his recall of even the smallest elements of my care.
Over time, my dining room, especially my dining table, turned into a rehabilitation gym.

3 months after starting PT with Dr. Tabloie, I was able to hike an extra-ordinary hike overlooking Mount Rainier, did some “light” tree trimming of a 30+ foot Pepper tree turning it into a Bonsai tree and engaged fairly unrestricted in activities that most persons with this kind of surgery cannot do: I can kneel on it, have almost full range of motion and more strength in it than in my other knee. And all of these benefits are the result of extensive muscle strengthening and reworking my brain!
Dr. Tabloie helped me to only strengthen my knee, yet also cognitively to accept that my knee is almost perfectly functional. This all, in spite of two ortho surgeons concurring that I should have a 3rd surgery/2nd repair 😉

Today, I’m continuing the work with Dr. Tabloie, as I’m dealing with some neurological symptoms and long Covid. His specialty and area of expertise as Neuro PT is again super helpful.
He keeps teaching me to not only learn to cope with my symptoms, yet to help me improve and regain physical equilibrium, mental strength and more than anything else, to have hope and confidence and trust that by doing my part … improvements are possible!

Dr. Tabloei’s presentation of being an incredibly skillful clinician, a wonderful listener and just a caring human being, makes the work with him deeply satisfying, empowering and a unique experience.

In short, he has given me quality of life back, a unique set of personal tools and skills and taught me that I myself am the best Healer to my own body, soul and Spirit.

Bianca is SO sweet, kind, gentle and playful. Our daughter really enjoyed PT from 10-18 months with Bianca. We released her tightness from being tongue tied and cramped during pregnancy, while also making sure she was able to progress crawling, walking, and climbing. She is wonderful with children, very detailed and professional. Highly recommend!!
