La Dra valdes es muy amable pone atención a lo que piensa ella que necesito yo i le agradezco perooo el personal de las de enfrente del escritorio en especial una joven que déspota ella pienza que no ba a llegar a vieja contesta muy mal llama una por teléfono asta 4 a 5 minutos esta una en línea i la contestaciones son malas si no fuera por los pacientes no tuvieran trabajo si no les gusta tratar con personas de la 3 edad que busquen otro trabajo las enfermeras si son amables

I love my doctor, Dr. Boghossian, he is awesome best bedside manners, easy to talk to, he listens, he is the best kindhearted doctor that I've met. The staff is awesome, Wendy the nurse is so sweet, she is focused on what she is doing to my foot...she's the best. Everyone is very special to my ❤️.

Dr. Boghossian is really kind and sweet as I've mentioned in the previous review- but the staff is really helpful as well. I would especially like to highlight and recognize the work of Vanessa Lujan. She went above and beyond to figure out why my authorization wasn't going through, contacting the healthcare services, and keeping me in the loop- and that too with such a kind attitude. It is because of people like her that we want to return. Thank you for your service Vanessa! I hope upper management will acknowledge your efforts in some way.

More like no hope.

Paid 60 for first time patient. Paid 375 total for some insoles that are very cheap (no arch support, no cushion).
I have been wearing insoles my whole life. I usually go on a glass thing so the PROFESSIONAL I’m paying can see what my feet needs and where. I’m also always asked to walk to they can see the feet placement and what they need. Then they mesure my feet to make my custom insoles.

In No Hope, the professional saw me for 2 secs, touched my feet and said: oh yeah you need insoles.
She left. 2 people came in and had me put my feet in those sand box thing (same ones you can order to do at home). I had to have them redone THREE time ! I missed work for it. The last time was still bad but I just took them and left. And you have to cut them to make them your size.
The “professional” only saw my walk when I insisted she should check, the THIRD time I went. Then she realized there was an issue with my right foot going in (it’s not a new problem but since I hadn’t done my insoles in a minute, it was getting bad.

Also, the insoles there are only made of one type of fabric. My feet hurt cause of no cushion and no support for my arches and my heels aren’t elevated enough (which makes me use my heels more and it hurts SO MUCH). I don’t see how serious issues can be addressed by putting the feet in a sand box to get the overall shape of the insoles.

And yes they almost never the phone and if they do, grab a snack cause you will be on the phone for a long time.

Please if you know a good place to get your insoles done, let me know.

Hi! Front desk personal have no maners to treat patients. She kept me on hold two times for over five minutes. And she was very rude to me just because I let her know how long she kept me waiting 🫤

They have recently moved next door and the new facility is very ample and clean. The wait long room is huge as well as patient rooms. They are following proper COVID protocols. It’s major advancements from their previous location.

The phones are always super busy at this office which makes it hard to actually obtain information from them but I guess that could be normal for any busy office. What isn’t normal is that I ordered these orthotics through them and now it’s been 5 weeks and I still didn’t get them. They outsource these and the company that’s doing them is backed up, you can actually get the orthotics by going straight to the third party and ordering directly from there. I think that would be a lot quicker then going to the doctors office and ordering through them. They didn’t solve my problem didn’t refer me to a physical therapist which I need and the orthotics are super late. So I think I should have went through the third party company that’s making the insoles. Spent about 1000 dollars in this office already but still don’t have insoles. Heaven forbid you have real serious problems cause I don’t know what happens then. You just wait I guess.
