I had a very positive & nice experience with both staff and Dr., I was afraid when I saw the “scalpel” but was reassured it would be painless which, btw Dr. was correct. I had more than a dozen tiny corns removed from the sole of my foot (only 1 foot had corns), before my visit I was unable to apply pressure it was so painful.. after the removal, I walked out feeling no pain. I am so grateful and would highly recommend for all your podiatry needs.

My first appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Haupt was yesterday. I found the staff friendly and efficient and Dr. Haupt interested in what my issues were. I would recommend them.

My father was referred to this facility from his general care practitioner. His appointment was at 3:30, being a new patient he arrived 15 minutes early as requested. He was not taken back to be seen until 4:50pm!! When asked at the front desk about the delay he was told they over booked. I’m sorry but how is a patients time any more valuable than yours!? I’ll give you a 15-20 minute delay but not an hour +! If my father wasn’t in such excruciating pain from his plantar fasciitis and in need of a cortisone shot he would have left! Not impressed as patient care should always be a number one priority!

Im going to try this again. I wanted to add something to my review and can’t find it, maybe it was taken down. Almost three years ago I went to Dr Haupt to fix a hammertoe toe and straighten my big toe. Those two things were fixed but a pin was put in a perfect toe. When I would ask him why, he apologized, but never gave me why. He also did something to the toe next to it. The end result is I’ve been living with pain to where I can’t wear boots or heals. It hurts too much when I try to put them on. I can’t understand how I was so easy on him, I liked him. If I had any idea it would never be the same, but I don’t know what I could have done anyway. He operated a few months after the original surgery to fix it, but it made no difference.

Dr. Jeffrey is a sweetheart, very nice and very professional. He cares about is patients.
The biggest problem I have is his nurses, they will not allow me to see him. I am supposed to have surgery back in March or May, the nurses blocked me. They told me, my medical insurance embarrasses them and called me horrible names. I did tell him yes. The Stars are for Jeffrey

I have been seen at both offices by Dr.Haupt, and Dr. Kreps. As a Senior with chronic conditions that directly effect my feet, it is imperative that I get the best possible care.
I believe that the quality of medical services that I receive for routine visits, as well as corrective surgery is excellent. Dr. Haupt, and Dr. Kreps, are knowledgeable surgeons, who are compassionate, and very easy to talk to. Their Office staff , Karen, and Nicole are unbelievably helpful whenever I am in need of anything. I am very grateful to have found this wonderful Podiatrist Office.

I visit this office every few months for foot care matinence.
Dr. Mercado is absolutely the best!! He truly cares about making my feet as happy and comfortable as possible.
