I had a lot of problems with past Dental work. I have to say this place is Great. Very informative very Knowledgeable and very Professional. I am glad that I can say great things about them. And would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have had bad experiences this place is for you. And the sent me to Babston oral surgeon. I had 5 teeth removed and it was totally painless and Dr. Babston was Great very nice very helpful in talking and letting you know what going on and a very Nice person and a great Surgeon. 5 Stars for both Places

My hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth. I was so nervous that my blood pressure was high. She was so professional and assured me that I was in very capable hands. I’m so glad I switched to North Bay Dental. I definitely recommend trying them out if you’re looking for a dentist.

10/14/24 visit. I was horrified by the front desk receptionist who checked me in. She was coughing loudly and hacking, and trying to talk to me at the same time, even handing me something to fill out after hacking into her hand. She was not wearing a mask. I was petrified that I was going to get the flu, COVID or worse, interacting with her. I did not wear my mask inside because it was a dental visit, but allowing this woman to cough openly in her hand and check in patients is unsanitary, NASTY and jeopardizes the health of all your patients. Management, please tell her to stay home (or send her home) if she is sick; and to wear a mask at a minimum if allowed to work but is unable to control her coughing. Yuck! I hope I do not get sick. On a brighter note., love my technician, Sylvia, very thorough and pleasant. I was also satisfied with Dr. Harvey, the dentist. BUT, the hacking, coughing, check in lady was just plain NASTY!

All the dentist at the Chickasaw location are the best. And staff the best. They went above and beyond for my needs. I can’t thank them enough. If you want to see the best dentist. This is the location you need to make your appointment with. Thank you so much doctors and staff for being just great. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good afternoon my visit today at North Bay Dental was great my Dr Hardy Is awesome at what he does I had cavitie issues an thanks to him he went in an fill them with know problems his knowledge of telling me what he was going to do I wasn't there long an I feel ok again thank you Dr Hardy.
