Great experience with this vet. They were able to accommodate my nervous German shepherd princess with a heart arrhythmia so that she got to fall asleep with me present and wake up with me present. The doctors were patient and gentle, letting her sniff the whole place and all tools before being used on her. They also were able to remove two small cysts on her back and install her microchip in combination with her dental cleaning, saving stress and money! Their office is clean, comfortable, and decorated more like a house than a vet, to further put pets at ease. Also seeing the scans of my pup's head and all her beautiful teeth was super cool. Not to forget, her teeth are now super clean too. Sorry she peed on your rug guys!!!!! We are forever embarrassed and grateful you were so understanding.

I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My dog and I felt truly cared for, with the reassurance that she was in the best hands possible. I was understandably nervous about the anesthesia, but my worries faded after talking with the doctor and support staff.

I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and this place is a perfect example of that. The office is not only beautiful but also incredibly inviting. The relaxation room where pets wait before their procedures is more comfortable than my own home! Everything was clean, high-end, and aesthetically pleasing.

If you have any dental concerns or are looking for proactive treatments for your pets, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. Great job, team!

We can strongly recommend North Bay Veterinary Dentistry after our first experience this past November (2024). In the past, we have relied on two other highly rated animal dental specialists in Northern California because we want the best outcomes for our pets, and North Bay Vet Dentistry is our "go to" going forward.

Dr. Fulton and her staff are caring, professional, and very experienced in what they do. Our initial concerns for our 10 year old Yorkie Mix rescue were addressed and everything went perfect during and after the procedure. We are scheduled to have our second rescue dog treated in January (2025). The pricing is very fair, not like some of the corporate owned facilities in Northern California which are now charging inflated pricing. Our primary care vet also recommended them.

This is probably the best vet experience I've ever had. From the kindness I received from Bridgit (after calling dental specialists all over the Bay Area), to the atmosphere in the office and exam rooms, to the staff and how they worked with Emmy -- everything was amazing!!

Even though my pup has been scared of vet visits recently (because of her pain), she even allowed Dr. Fulton to partially examine her mouth. Without trazadone or anything! Something she hasn't let multiple vets do over the last few months.

Also.... make sure to check out the (human) bathroom: It's hilarious!

Our dog had a broken tooth and was in pain, so we took him to see Dr. Fulton Scanlan who came highly recommended by another vet whom we trust. She did a full examination and full cleaning as well as extracting two teeth. The wonderful Bridgit was our vet tech. We had been there once before and our experience both times was the same: fantastic. They are very professional and super friendly. They explained everything that needed to happen very clearly. They were wonderful with our dog, Sydney. Everything went smoothly with the procedure and they sent us home with clear instructions and everything we needed, including some extra goodies- a new dental chew toy with refills, and a bag of a new product for arthritis. They also sent the billing directly to our pet insurance, Trupanion, at the time of service so we had the insurance taken care of immediately. So much better than having to pay the entire cost and then chasing the insurance for reimbursement. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I was very nervous about my reactive dog getting dental treatment, but the staff was super kind and accepting. They worked with me to come up with a plan for the day of the treatment, and everything went so well. I had a whole private waiting room to myself, which was so cozy and welcoming. I can't recommend them enough, I sorta wish they took human patients!!

Northbay Veterinary Dentistry saved my dog Scrappy’s life! I can’t thank them enough! He is also a 14 year old senior dog too. I was so scared to take my pup in to get his teeth clean for 3-4 years because of his heart murmur and having him go under at a general veterinarian’s practice. His teeth were horrible and his breath was so bad that I knew it was starting to affect him. It had gotten so bad to a point where my dog was getting so sick and his quality of life was terrible and had an infection. I had no choice but to get his teeth cleaned. I searched and searched… so many couldn’t see him till 3-4 months out. Scrappy didn’t have time. Time was his enemy. Northbay team came to the rescue and took him in right away. I had so much fears and tears for weeks before the appointment. Whet I arrived in their office I was immediately greeted with warmth and care by everyone. They will treat your fur baby like your own. Scrappy was given the upmost love and attentiveness. They answered all my questions and spoke to me in a way where I felt at ease. I felt safe leaving him with them. They updated me with constant pictures and information while I waited for him before, during, and after his procedure. Because of Dr Fulton and her amazing team Francesca, Bridgit, and Ashley, Scrappy is alive today! His quality of life has improved so much and he is so happy and has so much more life and happiness! He is playing more now and we found out more root causes to his problems. If it weren’t for them and their professionalism, care, skills, and timely manner in taking him in; I honestly don’t know if Scrappy would be here today or had another Christmas! I am forever grateful for them! I highly recommend if you worries like I did! They will help you and ease your mind!! Your puppies,kitties, and fur babies will be in excellent hands and care with these amazing ladies!
