Dr del biaggo was excellent, HOWEVER the room was freezing, when told to strip down, no robe or gown was available..just sitting in my underpants, door opens when Dr and asst. enter and exit the examination room, I'm in full view of anyone in the hallway. I called after returning home and was told they don't have robes yet, she wondered why this was a problem for me. Sitting in my underpants so other patients and staff are around is so unprofessional. If they are not prepared to see patients with normal guidelines for a bit of modesty, they should wait until they are prepared to open.

Dr Larissa was wonderful! She made me feel really comfortable and heard. I was very appreciative of her being compassionate about a topic I was embarrassed to bring up. She's been so helpful at helping me navigate some frustrating scalp issues. I'm very glad she is a doctor in our community. All the staff at this office have been super kind and helpful. I never feel stressed coming here. I recommend them

I'm glad there is such a place to share my waaaaay good experience at NPD specifically with Dr Kinsley and his associates. Admittedly , I had not been to what I would refer to as a real dermatologist in quite some time by my own fault. I knew that I had ongoing skin cancer issues. I had been working, traveling and blah blah blah didn't take care of these things for much too long. Dr Kinsley spared me a common sense talk which I so richly deserved but he just got right to work efficiently methodically and explaining each move quite understandably and informatively. He made it clear to me that there was much work ahead but his attitude was "Don't worry we got this" I know an expert when I see one and I'm so glad I found this facility! Sabrina and Dr Kinsley worked as a well-oiled team . Also the entire staff totally on the ball and very pleasant , positive and informative as well. A win-win all the way around.

Excellent care. Dr Kinsley is very attentive caring and knowledgeable. Best dermatologist I have ever been to. He diagnosed basil cell Carcinoma on my nose and it was taken care of immediately. Very pleased with the results.

Lorissa identified a basal cell carcinoma that she had identified through biopsy; she then provided with me with treatment options. It worked out well and follow-up care was good. She is a friendly pleasant provider and she listens and answers my questions.
