Revisiting dental procedures done in your life, you don't know when maintenance care vs positive care will begin to show you just how much great dental talent makes a difference. I recently had some wear and tear on a bridge that I had done in my 20s. Well I'm in my 60s now and after a couple of weeks, required a revisit. I had been experiencing pain and discomfort in my jaw and gums. It was time to take action. I hadn't been back to North Valley Dentistry in some time but knew I needed to call asap.

When I first spoke to the front office to ask if they could please fit me in, the response was supportive and very considerate of my issue. I went over any details I was experiencing and set an appointment within a very short period of time. After all images of the troubled area were showing signs of infection and clarity of the issues presented themselves, I met with Dr. Kastl. He directed me right to the problematic issues and within the next couple of weeks, all will be resolved. I stepped away from dental care for some time but will happily resume my care with North Valley Dentistry. Thank you.

You will not find anyone better than Dr. Kastl and his staff! Everyone is so thoughtful and thorough in their work. As someone who can have extreme dental anxiety, I can confidently say I have never felt anxious in Dr. Kastl’s hands ?

Dr Kastl is very friendly and kind. He makes you so comfortable when he’s performing your procedure that it goes by so smoothly and he’s done before you know it!!

The welcoming, friendliest and professionalism of everyone in this office is unreal. I cannot compare this practice to anyone I have done business with, because they are the best by far! Dr. Cameron is kind and gentle with his technique. He made me feel safe and cared for! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Kastle has definitely perfected his craft! His mannerisms dealing with a 16 year old had me confident to secure to book the whole family appts. Including myself who has had not so good experiences . I have a dental concern I was terrified knowing the results or being and the process going forward, due to past trauma , after being seen and heard by Dr.Kastle I’m confident the treatment will be a breeze .. with his honesty and integrity to treat ONLY what’s needed for the patient and not for his pockets goes ALONG way! Highly respect and recommend!

This was my first time at this office. The staff were all very friendly, and I had the best hygienist ever. She was painless! And the dentist was also very nice and took the time to explain everything, and formulate a needed treatment plan; there were no high pressure upsell tactics. I would highly recommend!

I have a huge fear of the dentist, so going is not pleasant for me. North valley family dentistry and every single person on staff has made me feel comfortable and laugh when I’m on the verge of tears and hyperventilating. They are absolutely amazing.
