I recently had an appointment at Northcutt Dental Semmes and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time.

Susan, dental hygienist, was fantastic. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They provided a thorough cleaning without any discomfort.

The fact they are open until 730pm on a Friday deserves 5 stars. My dentist and my hygienist Chyna were so kind and professional. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Thank you guys.

Dr. Whelan and Kaylah were outstanding and very professional. They were very gentle and attentive to my needs. Kayla is probably the best assistant I have come in contact with. I've been coming here for a few years. I would def recommend this location. Dr. Whelan is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I always look forward to my routine checkups with Northcut Dental. They truly care about you as a person and that is hard to find these days. Ms.Susan did my cleaning and she was the best very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I Would recommend to anyone looking for outstanding dentistry!!!?

Veryyyyyyyyyy friendly staff. Besides manners are Amazing. All equipment is the latest and greatest! Explain cost immediately. Punctual with reminders for appointments. Make sure that everything part of the appointment is understood. Ask for feedback and do follow ups on previous work.
