I was nervous to take my little one here for dental work because of reviews previously posted, but I absolutely love it there! Dr. A and staff were amazing, not only with my son but with me as well. Bedside manner was top notch, even the ladies up front were sweet, kind and on point. I cant even find one thing to complain about! I have taken my other 2 kids to private dentists, and they dont even compare to the experience we had with Dr A and staff!

Dr. White is a great dentist and I had a great first visit but I have waited nearly a month for my second appointment just to find out the day before that they gave my appointment time to someone else. I asked if they could either get me in the day my appointment is suppose to be or to schedule me a new one. The receptionist was silent, it’s almost like she didn’t know what to say or she was just drawing blanks so I had to repeat what I was asking (I’m usually pretty laid back but I took time off work for this appointment and I was pretty excited considering I have been really looking forward to getting work done on my teeth so I was a little frustrated) she just kept telling me to call to see if I could get fit in and wouldn’t acknowledge me when I asked for a new appointment (I will still call but I work I can’t just call any given day or time a scheduled appointment is more practical). Please work on your customer service and consider a texting confirmation for the working class people it’s a quick and easy method to reply with. Ty

weeks of shots due to lack of sanitized equipment used in my daughter mouth!!!!!!!!!! GROSS!!!!!
All these COVID procedures and I am supposed.to believe you sanitize the WHOLE place when you can't even sanitize the actual equipment used Naw!
I show up in a mask ... I am told I have change my mask because it is cloth... Then enter the building to find multiple people not wearing one at all?
Don't like double standards.Dont like the false sense of standards and safety that are blatantly not being followed by staff but are absolutely enforced to the public.

I have show up to appointments that were rescheduled without my knowledge. It's a joke.
If you can find another place...go there!

Stopped going to NVIH in willows a long time ago to come to red bluff, now my entire family comes to red bluff .. best change ever! Staff very friendly love my dentist person and Sam who does my cleaning! Happy with everyone at NVIH in Red bluff!!

I go there for dental care. Dr's and staff are awesome. Friendly, Welcoming, Compassionate. I would recommend them to everyone.

The best dentists and dental assistants!! They are the sweetest and so knowledgeable. I drive far just to come to this dentist where they know what they’re talking about and treat there patients amazing!

Very unprofessional to call someone 10 minutes before they show up for their appointment to let them know the doctor is not in.. lost work wages, and gas coming from redding to Red Bluff..

This place is a joke. I have waited months for my appointment and was rescheduled for the 3rd time. Either the girls up front don't know how to do their job and schedule appropriately, or the drs don't know how to show up for their jobs. Don't waste your time.
