Scam! Ordered the Nutr 8/18/24 and it is 9/30/24 and I still have not received it! Ive emailed with no response but my card was charged! Go with Almond Cow, they will probable be more reputable. Seems like this company is a SCAM!

Best purchase I’ve ever made. I love the taste of my fresh coconut milk ever morning. I wish they had the family size out when I bought my first one. It’s the best way to avoid all the additives that are used in the grocery store milks.

I am vehemently against Amazon, so I always order products directly from the business. I ordered my nutr on 6/6 from their webste. I never received a confirmation email, so I reached out to the company confirming my purchase went through. They emailed me back, and notified me that the product was on backorder, but they'd try to get me the nutr. I followed up again on 6/25 after hearing nothing. They reassured me that as soon as inventory came in, they'd mail me my product. It is now almost exactly a MONTH after my last update, and I have heard NOTHING from Nutr. I reached out to their support team, and have not received a response. This is insane! I almost ordered this product two months ago. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I love my Nutr machine! I made an amazing cashew milk which was sweetened with just one date and it made my cereal taste delicious! I can't wait to try other recipes. It's so easy to use the machine and clean it and there is very little pulp waste to throw out!

I ordered the NUTR machine in July 2024 (order #3055), never received it. Customer service is a joke, order protection a scam.

I love my Nutr to make almond milk. Uses very few almonds to make a nice thick milk. Very easy to use.

The absolute worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. When the date the order was supposed to ship came and went, without an update from them, I contacted them, and it took them a week to answer. Then they kept giving me the runaround. And then when I said I wanted to cancel, they lied and said it already shipped (I know it didn't as I didn't get the shipping notification until a week later). I already asked to cancel before they shipped it, and they didn't do what I ask, so as soon as it came, I returned it. Now it's been nearly a month, and still no update or refund received. If I don't receive it within 30 days, I'll take to social media. And the BBB.

Love the Nutr! It makes delicious, creamy milks in a matter of minutes, always freshly made it can't be beat! It is my "go to gift" for family and friends!
