I got my product after they finally got in touch with Marissa to verify my story. I still don't like the fact that they weren't willing to work with me. I understand people have bad days, but relationship is everything.

I've upgraded my review and we'll see how things go moving forward. But I'm still not very happy about the experience though Angelina talked me off a ledge.

Marissa is very good and helpful but Jack won’t even help you look up previous receipts to figure out what you bought before.

I walked in and said I bought an item on Sunday and I don’t remember what it was but Marissa said it would come in.

He wouldn’t even help me look up the name of the item.

“I’m sorry that’s not how I run my business”

Terrible customer service and I don’t recommend anyone spending their money there.

Shame I’ve had to spend over $300 this past month was was about to spend more. I’m glad to find this out before I did.

Well your business lost a customer and a loud one because I will tell all my friends not to go.

Bad from the word go. Told the owner that I just stopped in to look, as he was busy on the phone, not a big deal. Then he grills me on what I'm looking for, what I currently use etc.
As soon as I bring up what I'm taking it's all garbage, and he doesn't sell garbage at his store. He shoots down everything I let him know I'm taking, and by the way the protein that he said he didn't sell (that I really liked) he had on his shelf. When I point that out to him, he says oh, well they have a law suit against them but hey if you want to buy it go ahead.
Now, what sucks is I'm a union guy, and would have loved to support a local business owner, but to be 100 percent honest, I felt he was rude and only wanted me to buy what he suggested. Oh the lawsuit was for empty space in Dymatize iso 100's containers, but he said it was about fillers, and additives...

They always educate me in achieving my health goals. They don’t just tell you to buy anything, they provide the right supplements for the goal your trying to accomplish.
