The appointment process is absolutely ridiculous they give you an appointment time for 1 hour and the clinician can get on the zoom anytime within that hour and then you still have to do the appointment they do not value patients time at all

I love the Nutrition with therapy The Nutrition is super nice her name is Natalie and she understands me and I’m learning how to eat and there’s a huge plus I’m losing weight ever since I started this Nutrition I was in my heaviest weight 330 now I’m at 297 still got more to go!!!! so yeah what are you guys waiting for you guys should get this Nutrition is the best

Absolutely horrible establishment. These people don't know what the hell they are doing and putting my sister threw so much telling her she might have to start her 6 month program again bc she's in the wrong one when we have paper work showing we have been in the correct program. My sister's own doctor was extremely upset with this facility. I personally believe they are scamming people for money.. 100% unprofessional place. Please do your research before going into this company I highly do not recommend this pitiful excuse of a place.

If I could give zero stars I would - like the other review states, I've also been calling this place nonstop for an appointment. The first call, they're super sweet and tell you they'll sort everything. Then its a nightmare to get a hold of anyone. I had a super easy issue to sort, they jusr had to change a digit on my authorization - which even they said would take 20 minutes after they call and if there were issues they'd call to tell me "either way." It took them 2 weeks to do this and no one got in touch with me to tell me "either way" what is going on. I called 6+ times and no one had any update and they sent reminders to the paperwork team. When I called being absolutely FED UP, the girl on the line said finally did send it yesterday and when they got it, it was incorrect again & if I want to see them out of pocket I can or else I have to wait till they redo it (again a 20 minute job which she could have put me on hold for and rectified immediately but theyre lazy and incompetent). I told them I'm going elsewhere because they dont have any sense of responsibility towards people who are coming to them for help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this view and opt out of going here. They don't deserve your insurance money. Even if your primary or insurance refers you, you can call your insurance and have them revert it somewhere else. Somewhere where they care about their patients. I'm educated in marketing and another past review seems correct, seems all past positive reviews were incentivized with some sort of reward. I'm so upset they wasted 2+ weeks of my time with this back and forth.

I love my sessions with Magnolia. She is extremely patient, understanding and never overly pushy, while still keeping me accountable. If there is a food I don’t like, she finds me a substitute. When I’m having a hard time staying motivated, she looks for things in my every day activities to use as a form of exercise. She has shown genuine concern for my overall health!

I was referred to this place by my primary care provider. It has been three weeks of calling and sending in information to get my first appointment. The staff who arrangement appointments cannot find the paper work and have me repeat the process. They are no help! My doctor’s office has also sent in the paperwork and they cannot find it. This is a big red flag. If they cannot find paperwork and set up an appointment how are they qualified to advise people on anything.
