I have only ordered once from Nutrition Express and was pleased with the product and the reduced price I could not find beaten on any other site. Delivery time was okay too as I recall.

My review primarily is for the excellent articles by Jeff S. Volek, Ph.D., R.D. on proper protein composition (whey vs soy for muscle building/toning for example) and consumption (once or spread throughout the day for best results for example).

I am more interested in muscle toning for best results as possible with as least workout effort as possible. Because in my middle age years I am more concerned about improving my 'functional' strength and frankly looking good in a tee shirt, more than wanting to be able to lift a car up from the trunk by my arms. That is what a tire jack is for.

His advise applies equally well to guys wanting that 'bull in a tee shirt' look too. And likely targeted to this crowd.

The information is clear with little wiggle room for misinterpretation.
