I started meeting with Deepa in Sept 2024. I have multiple chronic conditions as well as celiac disease and just continued to feel awful anytime I ate. I felt overwhelmed by the "healthy" food industry but knew meeting with a nutritionist would be a better starting point for me than going to the gym and just trying to power through. I came in wanting answers on how to feed and fuel my body with real food rather than more supplements and powders. I am very pleased with my experience so far!
Deep is such a knowledgeable nutritionist. She is very responsive, professional, patient, and kind. Her recommendations are consistently encouraging and effective. I highly recommend her if you need nutritional counseling and an encouraging guide to facilitate change.

We are very satisfied. Parulben Shah is real professional. She knows her subjects well. Very knowledgeable re Indian-Gujarati diet. She very efficiently designed my diet plan for full day keeping in mind my current health conditions. She took care that diet plan has required protein and carbohydrates, and taste also.
