In February 23 I had some work done and I thought for sure I had found a good dentist or ended up being a bad experience with him needed. A 4 teeth lower bridge done ended up being 6 which I told him in the first place. I did not want that the bridge The teeth look like fake waxed teeth they were too bulky too big my bite was completely off I asked for a refund which he did not want to. Refund my money I had some medical dental work that medical paid for.
Which the work did not get done without being said.
I ended up going to another dentist which I had to pay out of my pocket several $1000 to redo my teeth.

I had a dental emergency in the fall of 2021 and they quickly got me in the same day. I found everyone in the office very friendly, helpful and efficient. In addition the cost of dental work is extremely reasonable compared to other dentists. Dr. Park is a pleasant dentist and knows what he is doing.

This Dentis is Terrible. All he cares about is the money and not providing options. Last time I checked, it's your mouth and should be given all possible options. Root canals are more expensive and less effective and often cause problems down the line.
This Dentist doesn't make me feel good about going here.
The hygienist and the receptionist are nice and professional.

My Son had gone to this dentist to have cosmetic issues with his front tooth corrected. After several appointments because of substandard work, he still is NOT satisfied with the results. We now have to go to another dentist and pay all over again to have the work done correctly. We called our insurance company to submit a complaint, and when they called Dr Parks office to try and negotiate a resolution (Denise) refused to credit us for the inferior dental work they performed. We will just pay to have it corrected and see Dr Parks in small claims court for reimbursement and "damages". ...... This dentist had several opportunities to do the right thing.

Good dentist! but the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. I have strep throat so i missed my appointment (JUST A CLEANING BTW)She said i verified my appointment threw text which i did not. Called my emergency contact directly afrer calling me. Which 1 missed appointment for good reason is not an emergency!. Very unprofessional on there part. There office was closed so i couldnt cancel my appointment last night! and you cant cancel threw text! ILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST BECAUSE OF THE RECEPTIONIST!

Best dentist office I have been to. I have been terrified of the dentist for many years. I had a pleasant visit each time I came to this office. This is our family’s dentist. Denise is friendly and very helpful, the girls working with Dr Park are caring, and Dr Park is just amazing. I would recommend this dentist to others.

Quote from the dentist as per the reason healthcare is so expensive is laughable!

This is an absolutely ridiculous statement! Charging $30 for an aspirin is because people miss appointments?!!? GTFOH with that!
Greed is the #1 cost in healthcare. Greed and insurance manipulation. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Do not come here if you have Medi-Cal. They treat you totally different than someone who has regular health insurance. The dentist acts like it’s very inconvenient for him and the lady at the front desk is rude and talks to you like you’re a five-year-old. The rest of the staff is very nice though.
