Got treated her for my lumbar pain. My back pain had gone down all the way to my leg due to sciatica issues. I was miserable.
Couldn’t have been happier with the quality of care from Jody, Absalon, and Dennis.
My PT, Dennis, was so warm, attentive, listened thoroughly to my concerns and answered all questions I had. Honestly the best bedside manners I have had from a PT. And I had been to several clinics for my lumbar pain. Safe to say I have my functioning back now.

Jody, Dennis and the rest of the staff are great. Had surgery with no weight-bearing on left leg for 2 months after surgery. With their help and exercises, I feel better every single day and walking.Thank you guys. I would strongly recommend them.

I was a cash patient and have had a fair amount of physical therapy in my life. I went in for neck and shoulders pain and was greeted nicely. Unfortunately the consultation was very odd. The therapist was taking note excessively but didn’t ask me many questions, I did most of the talking about my pain. Despite trying to ask him to get into more details, I wasn’t given a full assessment, his expert opinions, any explanation of the treatment, or if I’d need to come back. I was so confused and the conversation was very one way. Then he told me to wait and just left to take care of another patient. Someone else came and did some work on me. Then she told me I’m good to go. Again, super confused with no communication at all….so I had to actively look for the therapist again and ask. As a patient I was there for the expertise that I didn’t have…what if I didn’t know what to ask.

It’s already over 10 days past from my last review and no one get back to me yet, is this how you guys run your business?

If I could I would put ZERO STAR for this place, I was googling yesterday to find the best Physical therapist around Foothill Ranch area and I saw OC Sports and Rehab with a very high reviews, I decided to call them and make an appointment for today at 9:30am, I talk to Tim and asked me to fill out the form online to expedite the process which I did, when I get there this morning at 9:30 I had to wait another 5-7 minutes so he can look at my Insurance which we already talk about it the day before, he mentioned I had to pay $125 since my deductible hasn’t reach out to my max then one of the employees came and asked me questions and brought me a hot towel and worked on my back for only 15-20 minutes. At 10:05 “only 30 minutes” he told me my session is over and I can re schedule for future!!!
Are you kidding me?! Is this a business you guys run Charging me $125 for only half an hour This is stealing, now I don’t believe in any google reviews that this place has, I’m excepting a call from a manager or owner.

My doctor referred and recommended OC Sports & Rehab for immediate therapy on my lower legs. A treatment plan was initiated after Dr Costa performed a thorough evaluation of my legs. For the past several weeks, I’ve been seeing the therapist team at OC Sport’s Foothill Ranch location for compression therapy accompanied by a variety of lower leg exercises. The level of professionalism and the quality of care is simply impressive. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely caring.
