I really enjoy my sessions with Dr Merianos. To date she has been my most effective therapist. I have progressed significantly, have met my goals, and have moved on towards new goals.
My only complaint is the booking of appointments. They only book 3 at a time so I lose my session time constantly or find it hard to remember to book more so I go for sometime before I can get treated again. Please change this policy to ensure continuity of care and of progress made.

I had a terrible experience with the area Director/Manager of this facility. Cristina Al* is a terrible manager and area director of Act Family Counseling. She does not know how to work with clientele that have conditions. She talks down and demeans them during conversations when trying to resolve an issue. She is condescending and cynical to patients and employees. She should not be in the position of working with clientele or employees due to her lack of knowledge of how to handle situations concerning Social interactions that are conflicting. She needs more education in the area of customer service and client relations before she continues to work with them. Beware of the administration. It's corrupt. You can reach any corporate in charge to file a complaint.

Big plus ✨️Dianne Gibbs is amazing. I have been seeing for about a year. She is a great listener. She has great feedback and resources to help out with areas of concern.

Another issue is that I'm not too happy with the new method of scheduling being implemented by new management, Crustina Al* They need to leave well enough alone. This seems to be an ongoing problem for other clientele as well.

My therapist Jen has been so helpful. She is very kind and professional, she makes me feel very comfortable and safe to open up. They are very good at reaching out to me when I don't have any appointments scheduled and have flexible appointments to meet your needs. I am very grateful for this experience. ?

I enjoy virtual/ telephone therapy with Ms.Diane. She listens and gives back great insight. I love the text messages confirming each appointment because it’s a great reminder for me . Also everyone I’ve spoken with when calling in has always been professional.

I've been receiving counseling services from ACT since about 2018. The therapy team is amazing and I have had very few issues with therapists themselves. However, I am incredibly disappointed with some of the office management that occurs. I don't receive confirmation calls anymore, I don't ever get anyone on the phone when I call which leads to games of phone tag as I get busy at work and can't accept phone calls. During a legal case, when being required to produce all files from about 5 years worth of therapy, the office manager (Ashley) refused to let my attorney pick up my paperwork, despite me having signed off on my legal representative collecting this (with Acts official paperwork too!). They didn't produce the paperwork at my home office, so I had to spend 45 minutes driving to collect them, and having to leave work early to do so, so that way they were not closed by the time of my arrival. They also never bothered to call me when the paperwork was ready and relied on me contacting them for follow up, which caused me to be late for legal deadlines and caused further repercussions in my legal case. Ashley then claimed that she called me and was unable to leave a voicemail due to it being full, which just isn't true because I don't leave messages in my inbox. I understand having office procedures in order to protect confidentiality, however, the office manager (Ashley) made the process awful and denied me of my rights to have my legal representative obtain my records.

So far I feel very great about who my therapist is now, because my first knee I didn't feel connected to at all, but I feel very connected and ready to talk to Dr.Mahastee

I have met with Stacy twice and already feel a sense that this is going to help. I was hesitant to try therapy as I never have before but she listens, doesn’t judge, and offers some good suggestions. I would recommend her anytime.
