I usually don't take the time to review but this place is pretty bad. The receptionist was very abrasive and given the circumstances of why people are referred here it'd be nice to have a warm disposition. The intake took much longer than it needed to and getting a response was like pulling teeth. I've also had some communication issues with the counselor assigned. This is where it gets really bad on at least two occasions my child complained about inappropriate behavior and communication during the visit but the counselor didn't even note it or mention it until I brought it up. It just sucks as a parent to go through court and all the trauma to protect our little ones to end up here.

Run, don't walk away from this center. Mr. Olsen and his office are unethical, over billing, refusing to be corrected until Blue Cross Spoke to them.
Writing letters to the Court that are false. Letter stated he saw a particular patient
on a specific date and then billed patient for missed appointment the very day he said he saw the patient per his letter. So which is it Mr. Olsen? Did you or did you not see the patient on the date you put on your letter. You can't have it both ways.
To the public you will be very sorry if you see him.

The counselors are great, the owner Ken is over the top along with the head receptionist Norma. Ken comes off hard and rude for the first couple times in class, but he gets better over time as long as he sees an individual doing better. Norma is just old, she needs to retire.. I've always received attitude from her which isn't professional so don't get caught off guard or irritated when she flares up with her attitude. I've noticed not to ask Norma any questions over the time I've been attending. As far as everything else goes I've truly enjoyed my time here at the Olive Branch Counseling Center.

I been waiting for months to see my son but these people are taking there time to call me back and set up my interview or Intake. I think its b.s. that there playing with peoples time. I am going to report them to BBB and the court. What kind of Christian place is this.

These clowns giving the reviews are flunky students...In was in Kens class... (and trust me..lotsa prideful men, with ZERO CLUES about how to treat a woman)...if you learn and trust the couseling...it's an A+...I would even recommend a good friend , and even a bad one.

I sent couples emails to get an appointment it’s been 3 weeks an nobody called me yet ! I decided to come in person today and it’s closed ! The busses need ours say 9-5 on Saturday's it 12pm and it’s closed .
