I injured both my feet, called on a Friday, and got an appointment the next day- on Saturday! There was no wait. Dr. Wang patiently explained the injuries and told me what to expect. He was gentle with my feet, thorough, and kind. I won’t ever go to another podiatrist/orthopedist!

I was referred to this office by my PCP within my insurance network for a case of plantars fasciitis which has finally been resolved. However, I am beyond frustrated with this office’s complete inability to stay on schedule. I have had literally hours of my life wasted waiting in either the waiting or exam room to be seen, and am doing so again right now. I may actually have to leave and not have my appointment today because I have another appointment which I scheduled with more than a reasonable time in between. It’s ridiculous. It has happened with every appointment I have had here. My time is valuable and, though my treatment has been successful, if I have to leave this appointment to make the next one without treatment I will be asking for a referral to another practice.

Dr. Wang saved me from having ankle replacement surgery. He is an excellent doctor. Great bedside manner. I've been to Dr. Kase twice. He is also very good. The wait time on Saturdays is about five minutes.

Booking staff was incredibly rude and hung up on me when asking a question. I cannot speak about the doctor, but I would NEVER WORK WITH HIS BOOKING STAFF. The worst!!!!

Like others have shared, the front staff is rude and they are always running an hour behind. This is completely unacceptable. I have seen patients walk out. An appointment should mean what it says. Not wait an hour and then have a frazzled doctor come in completely uninformed and has one foot out the door to get to their next client. Front staff does not even call you and let you know that they are way behind schedule. Non apologetic and could care less if you say you are going to look for another doctor. Dr. Wang might have been a great doctor, but he is highly overbooked and being run ragged. Do not go here unless you have a lot of time to sit around.
