I love the mouth rinse, but the pumps are terrible. I need to get a wrench to twist them so they pop up and sometimes they don't work when you do get them to pop up. A great product but glitchy packaging.

Great product, HORRID customer relations and Quality Control!!
After 2 kits, I consistently had over 1oz of part 1 left, so I was naturally cautious with pumping in second kit. 2oz left over on Part 1 again!

Customer service asked if I checked for overfill, told them this should be part of their QA!! So then she tells me rather sternly... Ma'am, if you have more than 1oz then it's user error!!! WOW!
Could it be their pumps

Will buy this product one more time, empty both bottles to measure, and then report results to them and my dentist. Might be worth finding a similar product with better consistency. I hope product control is more consistent than their fill control.... Shaking my head... Paying for over a week of product that I can't use.

Love this product. My wife is a hygienist and she insisted I use it about 7 years ago. I've been a believer ever since. No more bleeding gums even if I don't brush for a day or two. (don't tell my wife..) I used to get canker sores and fever blisters before using this product. None for the past 7 years. LOVE IT.. I used to be bummed out you could only get it at a dental practice. Now I own a couple dental practices so I offer it to all our patients. I really appreciate how they support Oral Cancer patients.. Speaks to who they really are in terms of giving back. Oh, and for anyone wondering about the little bit of clear part left at the end of the bottle, it comes down to specific gravity difference between the products. I'm sure this could be fixed with different size "straws" in the pumps, but then there would be two different pumps for the different bottles and that would not only be a pain in the butt, it would also make it cost more.. Trust me on this; don't worry about the small amount of clear left over. Smile and keep using the product. You will save so much in dental care over the years you will never miss it. I'm a true believer... So is my wife and all 4 of our kids (now young adults..) No periodontal disease in this household.. If I had a complaint it would be that we could use some travel size bottles. Difficult to get the big bottles through TSA... Oracare, help, get us some small travel packages.. Keep up the great work Oracare. I'm a fan for life.

I started using this in my dental office starting in May 2023 and have seen excellent results and my patients have loved it! It has helped tremendously with treating gum disease and has been great for patients as they heal from surgery. I couldn't recommend this more:) There is not a health rinse on the market currently that even compares.
