I've been coming to OsteoStrong Palos Verdes since it first opened. I was having a lot of knee issues from a car accident I was in 38 years ago. I could not bend down without a lot of pain. Well now I can bend down and sit in a squat position without being in excruciating pain! That is a big win for me and at 65 my overall bone health is good and I have no osteoporosis or osteopenia! My balance is really good after practicing on the vibe plate. The other modalities they have are really why I love going once a week. I use the every visit pemf mat and I feel so relaxed after that then I go to the red light room, the waterbed massager OMG! That's sooo relaxing and feels so good and my last stop is the bio charger. I've looked up the benefits if the last 3 machines and I can't say for sure they have done anything specifically but I can say I feel great after my Tuesday OsteoStrong appointments and my overall wellbeing is definitely better as my knees can attest to.

What a wonderful spot to rejuvenate yourself in such a few minutes. Coaches are friendly and instructive, and the feeling after my weekly session is invigorating. I've only missed a couple of sessions in three years and the results have been wonderful for my flexibility and soothing for my sciatica.

OsteoStrong Palos Verdes is a great place. They are very knowledgeable about the OsteoStrong approach and all of it's benefits. The owners Keri and Ken stay absolutely up to date in all the equipment, approaches and take a comprehensive view of strength and wellness. I love going there, they are very welcoming and each of their trainers are experienced, well versed in all the equipment and extremely encouraging. It is fun to show and feel at home.

Wonderful place to get Stronger, regain your Bone Health and Balance. It's also great for athletes. Keri, Ken and their entire crew is top notch. They are patient and kind (fun, too) and take the time to make sure you use the machines properly so that you gain strength and continue making strides. They also have an amazing assortment of extras such as the aqua massage bed, red light therapy, compression boots, & EMFT pads. It's an oasis for you bones and body! Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Osteostrong Palos Verdes is such an amazing wonderful place. Ken & Keri have hired very caring staff. I look forward to my weekly visits not just for the wellness aspect but for the community connection I get going there. Such a well run business with caring friendly helpful staff. I feel so well and at peace when I leave there once a week. Keep up the great work!!
