Have to rate a one star only because of the front office staff. The doctor was absolutely wonderful and excellent, but the front office girls were too busy chatting to ensure they did their job correctly. I provided them with a copy of my insurance and ID, only to get a bill in the mail a couple days later billing me for almost $900 for seeing the dermatologist for the first time. I called the billing department and they confirmed the front office never submitted my claim with my insurance attached. What a headache and stress.

Editing my original review to add: why would I call? You can call me if you would like to make this right.

Dr Girish Mohan has been our family’s dermatologist since he first arrived at this practice. One of a kind in patient care and friendly professionalism. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Had a positive experience here for several years. .

The doctor and his staff are friendly and professional. He will be missed. BUT, a telephone conference on results of a biopsy scheduled for 8:10 am on 12/23 never happened. Not good.
