Dr. Oghoorian is very knowledgeable and informative and his staff are amazing and very helpful!!! I wish the duration of the time off of work was known before I had my surgery due to my career. But, my overall experience was efficient and excellent and will be recommending family and friends!!!

I would give this Doctor Zero stars. During the last appointments, he didn't even check my foot. I bought insoles from him and paid him $300 out of pocket. I kept coming back, telling him my feet still hurt, and he said just keep using them without even examining my foot or the insoles. Two months later, the office says it is too late to adjust the insoles. The insoles are useless, so I gave him free $300. This doctor is looking for every way to take your money, considering the fee if you don't have cash is $5. Plus, the staff is rude and would not hesitate to leave on hold for over 10 minutes and then hang up on you. This doctor was a terrible experience; he did not solve any of my foot issues, and I don't think he cares.

I’m so sad to hear that this patient said very unprofessional staff. Perhaps Dr. 0 changed his staff since I was in. They were very kind to me. I have an extensive case of DVTS. I was referred to him to check the veins in my feet. he was wonderful and so was his staff

The address they give you is wrong, when we called to verify the address the first appointment and the second both times they said yes it's 150 W Foothill Boulevard San Dimas not Glen Dora, and even that was still wrong. So then they say type in Pacific foot and ankle, which is another 30 minutes away. This address is similar but different. And the second follow up appointment they called to cancel it an hour and 45 minutes before my appointment, that i took time of work for and its 56 miles to get to.

Horrible manners and very unprofessional staff. I have been put on hold for 15-30 min just to make an appointment.
They put me again on hold because I asked her to give me the office manager.
The only thing I asked for is what is your first availability. No answer put on hold again with no answer. Then I ask for the office Manager, yessenia is her name she says, if you don't like our protocol we don't want you in our office and she hang up on me. Are they serious. Never experienced any rudness like this.

It’s a shame that primary care doctors are referring this doctor as you can’t even get an appointment with the front office desk. People are so rude. I asked what the issue was with the insurance and the response I got was you don’t need to come here.

I’ve been treated by Dr. Oghoorian since November. I was released today after my foot finally healed. I must say I honestly enjoyed seeing the doctor and the office team members. I was always met with a smile and was always seen promptly. I highly recommend this office for your podiatry needs.
