They took my appointment so fast. I had issues with my insurance and they were extremely helpful and efficient. I was scheduled a month after all insurance issues were settled and I actually ended up getting an appointment the next week due to cancellations. I don't think I will go anywhere else. I really liked my psychiatrist and how she made me feel heard and not crazy which was big for me. I am just overall so grateful that this was such an easy process with some amazing people.

To start, my intake was really straightforward, and the lady I talked to was very sweet. I got on the schedule very quickly as well, which I didn’t anticipate given healthcare providers can lag. I have been seeing Suzy since the beginning of this year, and have had a great experience. Being able to receive a diagnosis was life-changing for me, and I have made a lot of positive strides in my life because of that. Suzy is super sweet, and her assistant Menami is great as well. Don’t listen to other reviews.

I haven't seen the other doctors so I have no opinions on them, but Susan was the most unprofessional mental health person I’ve ever met with. I was rescheduled 4-5 times and seen only twice. Both times she actually showed up she was 20-30 minutes late. One of the times She canceled on me after I waited an hour in the call for my appointment to start, she took a phone call mid appointment, told me “you literally have so many issues I have no idea what’s wrong with you”. She told me I was the most disrespectful patient she’s ever seen which made me break down crying and after put me into one of the worst anxiety attacks I’ve ever experienced because I thought I was a horrible person. I’ve called at least 4 times to figure out my finalized info so I can move to another practice and each time they’ve told me they will call back but have failed every single time. Save your mental health and find another place that works better. I promise it’s not worth your time here especially if you are paired with Susan. She also started to blame the last session going wrong on her personal issues but then stopped herself and verbally said “actually, I shouldn’t say that here” and “I can’t wait for my vacation next week” and then hung up on me. For the management, please review my experience and look to see if there’s consistent problems with Susan if you’re not already convinced from my experience. I know it’s not just new too because she said she has lots of cancellations. I promise I genuinely tried to take her advice and I even tried the medication she wanted me to try when I was skeptical of it. I even quit smoking weed completely to give the meds my best try. I was open minded to improve and I’ve also had none of these problems with my therapist the entire 6 months I’ve been with him so I know this is not just me and there are problems here. Please improve for future patients.

This place is a joke. There is only one actual doctor and that person doesn’t see patients face to face. Basically it’s a bunch of nurse practitioners running the practice under his license. The doctor will never be consulted about your case. The intake person Kathy is very rude and makes in clear that she does not care about you or your mental health. She also works from home. But I don’t have to tell you that, she will tell you a dozen times when she calls to reschedule your appointment for next month. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
Thank you for you response. According to your intake person Kathy you only have one actual Medical Doctor. Only one psychiatrist M.D. That person does not see patients in person. If this is not correct you should speak with Kathy because that’s the information she is giving to patients. It’s more likely that this is the way Pacific Psychiatric does business. You will be told a bunch of different things by a bunch of different people. Common practice in places that lack organization and honesty.

Tried going here twice... hounded me to get on the schedule the second time even though I was hesitant. When it came time for my second intake appointment I had a medical emergency for a pet and told them I would call back to schedule... they still called me again and again. I told them after the 3rd call in 24 hours I was going to contact them and wait on services for now.

I was seeing the NP Williamson. He told me he couldn't just "give" me the medication I was requesting(despite others diagnosing me just fine), had been prescribed before, and was even being backed by my long term therapist that he had no interest in getting a hold of and even questioned. The website says he can diagnose so it shouldn't have been a problem that I couldn't access my medical records... he seemed disappointed I had started seeing results with meds I had recently elected to take again. When he had prescribed me them before it was 3 years ago and I was going through a divorce and moving states at the tume... so I'm assuming that's why I must seem so uncommitted to him.

I tried a yesterday to get back in with them because of limited availability of other professionals for my insurance and the fact I had already started the intake process. I requested another professional as I did not feel heard by Williamson several years ago or in our intake session before my pets medical emergency. I was told they will not accept me as a patient now because I did not go to a medical director or something like that? Kathy on the phone did not seem to understand that I had had a medical emergency and a bad experience and this had caused me to wait for a couple of months...

I had contacted them again because I have a friend who sees a different professional there for my same issue and she had recently spoken with him about my situation. She messaged me after and told me to try again. After this experience I cannot say I recommend NP Williamson or their office staff at the very least. Also, Kathy seems to at least in her head run the show there. I told her I was coming back because there weren't many other professionals accepting new clients in my area and she said "I find that hard to believe." In my own business I would not accept this behavior from my staff. I'm still kind of shocked at the whole experience but I guess it's my fault for going back a second time and not requesting a different NP immidiately. And if I seem to lack follow through as I was told... maybe that's why I was attempting to get services for ADHD in the first place...

I'm giving them 4 stars because everyone else has been absolutely amazing, however, I have a diagnosis of ADHD and took their assessment as well where I scored very high on ADHD and low on depression and anxiety, confirming the results I got in my previous diagnosis. Susan Lozier has repeatedly told me that she doesn't think I have ADHD and when I logged in today to confirm my appointment which I thought was going to be about discussing treatment or moving forward in a practical way, the title of the appointment was "anxiety and mood disorders". I'm sick of being given the run around. Everyone else in the facility is great, especially Natalia, but this is just disrespectful and dismissive at this point.

They changed my psych without my input. Then the new one (Katie Bailey) just cut the medication off entirely without warning and wouldn't listen to anything I said. Avoid her and ask for a different provider.
