They saved me by referring me to Dr Sarlak at this facility. The last 3 months under Dr Sarlak constant vigilance along with Dr Dunbars supervision has been a life changer
It wasn't about only recovery, it is about shifting my whole thought process, it is about changing the patterns that made me not only physically sick, unproductive, and frozen, it is about me taking back my life. I only wish I had Dr Sarlak 40 years ago.

I highly recommend this office, I never felt alone, I was given tools to work with, to have PERMANENT results. Now I am actually looking forward to actually living the rest of my life with a quality I never did before.

After asking a question about coverage to a staff member for my son, and then sending an email to confirm coverage issues and pre authorization Dr Dunbar cancels an appointment for my son unethically and states libelous remarks about me via email. In my opinion this is unprofessional and having dealt with doctors in my professional life I would never recommend going to a facility like this or using Dr Dunbar’s services. If asking a coverage question is enough to cancel an appointment, something is not right. I plan on reporting this conduct to my insurance carrier

Was seeing Dr. Dunbar for a year. After I had a meltdown it was recommended I take a medical leave from work. Dr. Dunbar said he'd fill out the paperwork with me so that I could continue to receive a stream of income and not have my job be in jeopardy. I accidentally missed a couple of appointments dealing with other points of stress and his professionalism dropped immensely. He got angry and apparently his ego was very hurt. He refused to help me with my paperwork or even see me again without paying a large fine (when before he always just sent the bill after the fact). He left me, someone who is mentally ill, stranded with no income, put my job at risk, and triggered my trust issues regarding therapists in general. If you want a therapist with an inkling of professionalism and one who actually cares about his patients, stay clear.

Thank you for helping me to be patient with my current boyfriend and helping me to realize what a great person he is and worth keeping. I'm quick to make decisions and self sabotage, but these days I feel I've progressed substantially.

Extremely appalled at the lack of professionalism exhibited by Edward Dunbar and his unwillingness to answer questions regarding this facilities testing and assessment process to diagnose my 18 year-old son, who was recently released from a 7-day suicidal hold (and who also has a 2-generation family history of suicide).

Dunbar refused to speak with me despite my son’s request and authorization to do so. Dunbar was uninterested in explaining the process and was unwilling to listen or understand the purpose of my son’s visit. I’m not clear on how anyone could adequately assess and diagnose someone with a behavioral or mental illness without making efforts to actively listen to the patient (or patient’s family when requested by the patient), without obtaining ANY of the patient’s history, and not recognizing that the patient was in a crisis and unable to provide the necessary information.

The circumstances surrounding Dunbar’s unprofessionalism, inflated ego, and unwillingness to communicate shouldn’t have impacted the testing process, diagnosis and treatment of my son if this practice made their patients a priority. Using HIPPA and my son’s age as an excuse of not proceeding was insensitive, neglectful, and extremely narcissistic. Anyone with compassion, integrity and professionalism would have removed themselves, request a colleague to take over, or would have referred an alternative testing facility.

There were multiple opportunities for a better outcome...unfortunately there wasn't anyone at this facility interested or concerned. Effective and timely communication can eliminate potential issues, solve a majority of issues, or provide the necessary information to avoid future issues.

Note - all inbound calls to their office are directed to voicemail...you are greeted by a recording and then you determine who to leave your message with. My son’s second visit took a total of 6 voicemails (front office, Mr. Dunbar and a Dr.) and 7 business days before receiving a return call.
