My sister was a patient and she said she was treated great by all staff. This was her second time staying and wouldn’t stay at any other facility. Physical therapists are fantastic.
They even took her to her doctor’s appointment. My experiences with the staff were always wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. The facility is very clean and has policies that protect the patients from any visitors transmitting viruses. I definitely recommend Pacifica Nursing & Rehab Center.

We visited a friend who is staying here. We noticed that the facility is very clean and seems well-staffed. There were small details that made the visit friendly; for example, 2 folding chairs in a special frame by the door to the room, so that we could set them up and enjoy our chat. Although we did not observe staff interacting with our friend, we did overhear their interactions with a person sharing the room. Staff seemed considerate and competent. The posted menus had full meals that looked attractive and varied. We did not, however, have an opportunity to taste or view the food.

Pacifica Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility is the best! From the moment we walked in, the staff were helpful and friendly. The facility is kept sparkling clean and fresh. My mother reported excellent care from everyone including nurses, therapists and administration.This place is a gem.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Florinda, the Director of Community Relations and Admissions, for her outstanding support in facilitating my grandmother's transfer and arranging transportation. I also want to express my appreciation to the entire team at Pacifica Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, from the administration to the therapy staff. Such a caring facility, staff is amazing and welcoming!
My mom was admitted 12/30/24 and was cared for exceptionally! Thank you all, Karen, Tet, Angie, Abby, Liz, Susan, Carmen and all staff on 2nd floor!

Everyone was soooo nice. And very glad to see mask wearing. Parking close by was quite adequate, but maybe because we arrived at dinner time. Check in was easy, even if we weren’t sure of Becky’s last name. The elevator is efficient, everyone was courteous. When my time for “the home” comes, I want to go there.

For anyone who is serious about rehab and about recovery, I highly recommend the Pacifica Nursing and Rehab Center. My husband spent 3 weeks there and made tremendous progress. This is a serious, dedicated rehab center that gets the job done.
The combination of professional rehab attention, the positive uplifting atmosphere created by the staff and the serious attention given to each patient makes this an amazing facility.
The rehab portion is handled by a qualified, dedicated staff with appropriate equipment. Carmen (PT) Dennis (OT) and Jane with speech therapy were in charge of my husband. They pushed him to be better with daily challenges. They covered strengthening skills setting new goals helping him to become mobile, stronger and more independent.
The staff is amazing. The patients come into this rehab center with all kinds of ailments. The staff is attentive, professional and handle each patient with care, and with compassion. Unit coordinator Tet and Pamela keep everything under control. The nursing staff was wonderful - Marilyn, Alma, Rose, Venus, Jeff, Sam, Ellen, Deidre and so many others that all deserve so much gratitude.
Each meal was carefully customized through a dietician. The food was great and the variety was fantastic.
My husband made tremendous progress with his balance and walking ability. He continues to practice the skills he learned and is grateful for the opportunity he had to get the excellent care at the Pacifica Rehab Center. If you have any questions, my suggestion is to call Catherine who is the Social Services Coordinator. She is great.
