If I could give PacificPro Physical Therapy in Murrieta more than 5 stars, I would. Heather and Brandon are absolutely amazing. They’ve been there for me every step of the way, making sure I was not just “okay,” but thriving. Their expertise, care, and attention to detail are next-level. Honestly, they make physical therapy feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with the world’s most talented and supportive cheer squad. Heather is an amazing physical therapist. Very personable while still maintaining professionalism and also making you feel so comfortable like you’ve known her all your life! I was initially nervous about going to Pacific Pro as I had never heard of them and never been there for Physical Therapy. My Orthopedic Surgeon said they were very good. Upon arriving the building looked very empty as opposed to another facility that I had been to. Heather came and introduced her self and spent a lot of time going thru my medical history and my current surgery. She had explained what we would be doing and why. Heather is personable while still maintaining professionalism .
Heather also asks if I have questions at each session. One of the main reasons that I like Pacific Pro as opposed to another facility I had been to is that not every exercise is based on machinery. This makes doing exercises at home possible. I would definitely recommend Heather Snyder and Pacific Pro for your Physical Therapy Needs.

The staff at Pacific Pro Physical &Sports Medicine were friendly, kind and professional
I was going to go to another site that was a little closer to my home. But after I talked and worked with my Therapist I changed my mind. He was very kind and considerate and a relationship was already established. Needless to say I WILL BE BACK.

Heather and her team are awesome. I started seeing them at their Murrieta location for my first surgical recovery and now am seeing them at their new Menifee location for a more recent recovery which is great. She and her staff are always friendly, welcoming and most importantly knowledgeable on the best treatment to get you back in working order as quickly as possible. Should I ever need to attend physical therapy in the future, they will be my first choice. They are great to work with !
