Almost a year ago I had ACL surgery and was sent to Pacific Pro. Immediately it was a great environment and everyone was so friendly. Josh, Cat, Mikael, Savannah, Lauren, Carmen and Maya, both aides and PT’s and PTA were amazing helping with my recovery. I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to snowboard this season and thought Josh was crazy when he said I was going to. I was proven wrong and am now back to snowboarding and trying jumps in less than a year! Front desk people, Alisa and Joanna have always been nice and friendly greeting me at the door and helping with scheduling. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough! They are absolutely amazing and above and beyond service.

This may be a bit long but well worth it! I had excruciating pain in my right shoulder blade from packing up a 23 year old house and moving into and unpacking into our new home and new area. The pain was so severe that I thought for sure I tore my rotator cuff. After seeing an Orthopedic Sports Medicine doctor, he referred me to PacificPro Physical Therapy. I’m recovering from severe pinched nerves. I had what my PT said during my first visit were very upset Traps (Trapezius) in my right shoulder blade, as well as numbness and tingling sensations down my right arm – that wasn’t fun. But since my first day of therapy the entire staff here has been so fantastic and made me feel so well cared for. They take my recovery seriously and are invested in me hitting my goals, getting back to normal. Even though I’m not quite 100% I’m definitely on my way. Every single person here has been so friendly and welcoming. A huge shout out to Cat, Josh, Maya, Savannah and both the front desk ladies. Cat & Josh there are no words that I can find that would express the gratitude and appreciation because just saying “thank you” just doesn’t seem enough. You both nailed it from the beginning and you both knew what to do and how to handle my situation. Its been a pleasure and I will continue to come and see you both until we determine that I have recovered fully. Maya & Savannah thank you for keeping me on my toes making sure that I’m doing all my exercises correctly. To the two amazing ladies up front (forgive me for not remembering your names) but the reminders and all the scheduling has been right on target with my schedule. Y’all are the very best! Double Knee Replacement
Josh and Mikael provided twice weekly therapy and daily guidance for strength building, stretching, balance, endurance, and overall confidence. There was never any pain involved just gentle movement and stretching. I confidently recommend Pacific Pro Therapy for all of your therapy needs.

I've been going to Pacific Pro Physical Therapy, Murrieta for the past several months & I LOVE this place! It's smaller than other physical therapy places I've been to in the past which makes the care feel more personal. The entire staff is warm, welcoming & knowledgeable. Everyone is professional. I've been seeing Mikael as my therapist & he's EXCELLENT!! The neck pain & cracking I was having has greatly improved. The whole atmosphere makes me feel comfortable. I'm so glad my orthopedic office referred me here. I highly recommend Pacific Pro.

From the moment I entered the building, the team made me feel welcomed. Each member I worked with was very engaging and friendly. Conner and Grace were phenomenal with the therapy and very considerate of my circumstances and tolerance. Hopefully I won’t need any more physical therapy but if I ever do I would go out of my way to work with this facility again, mainly to see how they decorate the owl for each holiday.

I’m so glad to my health care provider who was able to find me a good therapist ( Grace Family Health Care) to get properly treated my chronic pain from headaches, neck, shoulder and upper and lower back pain caused of the car accident. I thought, I would be suffering for enormous pain and stress for a long period of time. It was very stressful during the time, I got injured. I have no clues to find a professional therapist. Now since my sessions began, my hopes are high. The Pacific pro therapy and team members are very professional, kind and helpful. They go extra miles to help me, like when my car got totaled, I had no way of going around. The Pacific Pro therapy team specifically the front desk clerk had help me to work on my schedule. If I’m late to my appointment because of transportation issues, she will accommodates !
That’s one of the best reasons shows they care! I highly recommend this place to my family and friends!

The first time there I met with Josh, he went over my needs, problem areas and what my goals were. He then came up with a program and went through each of the exercises so I understood what to do. Josh was very professional and took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. All the staff were friendly and concerned for your welfare.
