I have been going to Pacific Pro PT in Rancho for a few weeks now and I am more pleased than I thought I would be! I am seeing a lot of improvements I didn't know possible, and others are noticing my improvement as well.

Kylie and the team make your treatment plan very simple to understand and they make sure to give purpose and intention with each treatment. They totally care about your wellbeing!

Apart from the great treatment and results, going to these appointments are fun and the staff is super friendly. From everyone taking the chance to say hi and have fun conversations and jokes with you, to their weekly spirit days, it is very nice to have community in Physical Therapy.

After visiting different Physical Therapy places in Rancho Cucamonga, I can say without a doubt that this is the best, not only because of its facility but mainly for the dedicated professionals working there. All of them! I always disliked and several times avoided doing PT because I never found a place that I feel they care, but now I did, they are a pro and what they do, they are friendly and they make PT a place not only to help you heal but to have fun while doing it. I've been going to PacificPro Physical Therapy for a few months for post knee surgery Physical Therapy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They work with my busy and always changing schedule without any complaints or concerns. The facility is spotless and full of clean new equipment. I truly enjoy going to my appointments here, and the staff treat you like family. I highly recommend them.

I started hand therapy for my right thumb fracture in November with Thu. He is an amazing occupational therapist. In only 2 months he helped me gain an amazing amount of strength and range of motion in my thumb and also my pinky from an injury from a different time. Thu made occupational therapy enjoyable and fun to go to with his fun and positive personality. I without a doubt would recommend Thu for hand therapy!

I had been having hand pain and tingly numbness for years but didn’t consider going to a therapist until my hand would sometimes freeze in place. I’m glad that I came to Pacific Pro. Thu Vu is an amazing physical therapist and is friendly and easy to understand. I’m not great at understanding how to move my body but he easily got me there when explaining the mechanics of correct movement. One night of doing the recommended exercise and using ice instead of the heat I’d been using for years greatly improved the swelling and pain. For the first time since 2016 I woke up and my hands were not tingly. I’m so happy. I can’t wait to continue treatment and regain my function capacity.

Last year, I fell, and my life changed. I suffered severe pain in my right shoulder, I couldn't lift my arm, and it was difficult to get dressed, take a shower, cook, or even drive. My body started to get exhausted from not sleeping as well. Stress all the time. The medication no longer works for me. The doctor recommended an injection, but I refused, I asked him if I could start with physical therapy and leave the shot as a second option in case I didn't see improvement with it.
The first month was hard for me; I almost gave up because I didn't see a big improvement, which is normal. You have to be patient lol, after the second month, a big change began. I was relieved to see that my pain was starting to decrease day by day. It took me, two months and a half, to see the result.

I would like to take this opportunity to write a positive review about the exceptional care I have received from this facility. If you want to get your life back and even improve your physical abilities to what you were before your injury, this is the best place to go. I am not exaggerating with my words but it’s true.
Excellent team of professionals who work well together to provide the best outcome possible for your physical therapy needs! They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, never putting you on hold for more than 1mn. For your appointment, get always message and email to remind you of your appointment.
