Told them EXACTLY what I needed over the phone and they gave me an estimate that I found affordable. They had me come in for a consultation. Waited over an hour to be seen, only to be told that the services I needed would be double the cost I was told when I booked. The doctor tried to say “it’s different in person when we figure out what you need,” but this makes absolutely no sense, because I shared with him the EXACT SAME list of treatments that I was told over the phone would be a fraction of the cost he told me. Makes no sense. Also, at no point over the phone did the staff say “but when you come in it might be hundreds of dollars more than we’re telling you right now lol.” The doctor and his hygienist were both rude and dismissive, acting as though I was the one inconveniencing them. If they reply I’m sure they’ll make the same excuse the doctor did, but just know they’re quoting you arbitrary numbers just to bring you in, waste your time, and try to scam you out of more money.
