I had my first appt, (2/13)we went over my care plan. They had a cancelation the next day so they got me in to fix the chips in my front teeth. They couldn't schedule me for almost a month (3/28)after to get my impressions for Night guard, within that time I re-chipped the teeth (due to grinding in my sleep) they fixed again at my impression appt, that was a week ago. Now it has chipped again. The work is sub par and all they care about is getting paid. They don't fully explain much of anything. If my insurance was accepted elsewhere I would have already transferred care.

This place has a constant letdown and has scheduled me out 6 months in advance doing a huge disservice to me after previously doing a huge disservice to me by not following through with my insurance. They are now referring out certain procedures

Very friendly people at the front desk.

X-ray tech, Manny, very friendly, puts you at ease, explains what is being done and just puts you at ease.

The dentist, Dr. Purdue, is friendly, polite, explains what is going on as she was doing the exam. Asks questions and explains things so you can understand what treatments you need.

The whole experience was easy and comfortable.

Had to change dentists ? due to insurance coverage. Very happy with my initial visit @ Park Falls. Very busy place; seems to flow well. Marie was very nice & thorough. Dr. Barry seemed very invested in my care and did a thorough job checking out my previous X-rays. He had some feedback I’d not heard before and am curious if what we decided to try will work

The receptionists were very nice. They focused on one person until checkin complete/checkout complete.
The dental team was very gentle, explained the different procedures. Answered my questions to the best of their ability. The dentist was super efficient and didn't waste time in identifying the problems and was very thorough in how to reach the expected end outcome.
I felt comfortable, even though the equipment has been much upgraded since my last visits to a dentist.

I really liked them when we first started with them, but I feel like they are now more concerned about moving people through the office quickly.
My last experience: I broke a tooth, and they worked on the wrong one! They took my money before they worked on it, and they didn't even acknowledge the mistake. When I called to get back in to have them address the original broken tooth, I had to almost yell at them to get back in right away. It turned out it was an emergency extraction that had to be done immediately.
