I am extremely pleased with my experience at PDG. The waiting area is clean with plenty of seating. I am acknowledged and greeted by the staff always upon arrival. Wait time has never been a problem. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and happily answer questions, concerns and even sooth my anxiety from me just walking into a dentist office. My provider, Dr. Lopez maintains a high level of professionalism while at the same time making you feel comfortable like an old friend. He explains clearly what is going on with my teeth and gums. With my extensive dental needs, he is thorough in explaining my options, long term and short term care. I am very pleased with the overall care I have received from Dr.Lopez and ALL the staff.

Excellent experience as a new patient. Easy to schedule an appointment. Went above and beyond to work with my insurance. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I was in pain with a broken tooth that got to the nerve they were full still managed to squeeze me in. The best part was no games or extras Dr Lopez was straight to the point tell me what I needed to get done and did it. And almost painless little with the shot but not much after that. This is the next day of getting two teeth pulled wisdom and I feel great thank you appreciate you helping me in a Time of need.

So I’ve been twice. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years… they were professional and so understanding of my dental phobia. They didn’t try to upsell me or advise any procedures like almost every dental office I’ve ever been to has. So I will continue with them and I highly recommend them!
