The first visit is taking measurements of range of motion. They explain your bone structure, ligaments, tendons and nerves and how it affects your injuries. They help you to set goals and together you work to meet those goals. I never felt like a number. These people genuinely care about your safety and well being.
Physical therapy can be difficult at times, but, with their help and positive encouragement, you will improve too.
I highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to make an appointment at Parkway.

I recently came to see Ian at Parkway for an assessment of my calf mobility to ensure I was ready for ski season, after a previous calf injury from last season. In addition to giving me a thorough workup checking my strength, mobility and range of motion, Ian also was able to eliminate some of the concerns I had about lingering injury and explained the physiology of my injury, healing and path to strengthening my calf. Ian also gave me strengthening exercises and stretches to practice on my own. Needless to say, I'm excited to hit the slopes and would 10/10 recommend that anyone check out to Parkway to treat an injury or get an assessment before getting back into athletic activities and sports. Excellent professional & knowledgeable care at a well-equipped and beautiful facility!

I came to Parkway and worked with Ian for around 4 months after getting ALC surgery. He was friendly, informative, and helped me progress with my recovery. I enjoyed my sessions and felt that I was being seen as a patient and a person recovering from an injury. I felt very confident in his knowledge and understanding of my injury and the process felt tailored to my athletic ability and mindset. I would definitely reach back out to Parkway for a variety of physical therapy help in the future. The cute new pup-assistant Clover also brightened my visits!
