I know have a second kiddo getting braces here (poor kids got my genes) and a possible 3rd on the way. Dr. makes the whole process understandable and its affordable too for the smile you come away with. Also have loved the admin assistants who are kind on the phone or in person - you don’t always get that at places. And the dental assistants are lovely as well…considering all the teenagers they deal with. Can’t recommend this place enough if your kids (or you!) are in need of braces.

I never got in the door.
I called to make an appointment and a very rude young woman begrudgingly took a bit of information and asked what kind of insurance I have. I told her. She said we don't take that, goodbye. Mind you I pay about a thousand dollars a month for individual insurance PPO not HMO. I am shocked they don't take a major carrier like Blue Cross or United Healthcare, but I was even more shocked at the attitude. Note to management: the people who answer the phone represent you and result in dollars gained or dollars lost. You lost mine.

I first saw Dr. Billings because an appointment with other Pasadena hand specialist required weeks or months of waiting, and I could see her in a matter of days. My first appointment was very focused, identifying two different problems, and recommending specific treatments for each. She was quick, yet answered all my questions. I’ve followed through with her recommendations with good results. The front office is friendly and professional, and the practice begins appointments early in the morning.

It's so wonderful to see a team of young, bright and amazingly good doctors work together under one roof. I have met with Drs. Ameri, Shirazi and Rezvani. Very impressed with all of them. They are excellent doctors and very good at what they do. They listen intently and explain the situation and possible treatment options very clearly and not rushed. I have met many doctors over the years, but the doctors at Pasadena Orthopedics stands out by far. The office staff is also incredible. I highly recommend Pasadena Orthopedics.

Angelica is super caring and supportive for patience who needs help asap! I was desperate trying to get the walker from the assigned medical supplier, but I was told that my referral needed to be modified in order to receive a walker with an attachment. Usually it took a week to have it approved and got the equipment delivered. I called on Friday morning and luckily Angelica picked up the call. I explained to her about how bad I needed it asap, and she listened and saw my needs in my shoes. She immediately worked on it while putting me on hold, and when she returned that she told me it's all set! It was done less than 10 minutes including help to schedule me on the next doctor appointment. Today Monday I received the walker, and I feel so grateful to have someone who is caring and understanding and patient takes good care of me!

I have seen Dr. Billings several visits to address my trigger finger problem. Her front office has always been very friendly and courteous, and efficient - very much like Dr. Billings herself - and the front office and patient rooms have always been very clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Dr. Billings did not immediate recommend surgery for my trigger finger, but first provided me an injection for treatment; which, has worked on several occasions. When that proved to be unsuccessful for one of my fingers, she performed surgery to correct the problem, which she did efficiently and expeditiously -- she's an awesome surgeon.

I only have the highest regard for Dr. Billings and the stellar physician and surgeon that she is.
