Peaceful, soothing environment. Friendly, professional receptionist and dental assistants prepared me for Dr.Molayem. After a thoroughly comprehensive exam , the Dr. Consulted with me and suggested the best assessment for my dental treatments. She is so knowledgeable, especially with holistic methods, and so intelligent. Gentle, and lovely manner made me feel comfortable and confident I chose the right doctor. Highly recommend this office and doctor. I am referring everyone I know. ❤️ Pricing is fair as well, and they are helpful to assist financial options. I love this dentist and office.

This is the best dentist office I’ve been to ever, hands down! Shawn has the perfect touch for cleaning, great vibe and Dr. M is simply wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The front office is kind and helpful. The whole group uses technology effectively to make things convenient and run smoothly, while still keeping personal touch on point. Highly recommend!

I have been to a lot of dentist and none compare to Dr. Molayem; she is not only an outstanding dentist who I feel completely at ease with, but she is one of the most positive thinking and genuinely kindest people I’ve ever met. This is just one part of what makes this dental office spectacular. My review would not be complete if I didn’t make mention to the hygienist - I don’t recall his name, but he was great; both attentive and gentle.

After my 4-5 visits in this office now, I have met and worked with a few dental assistances, all of whom took excellent care of me and were very professional.

At the front desk you will most likely be greeted by Marisa; she is focused, patient and always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and meet the patient’s needs. With just her presence, you will feel most comfortable while waiting to be seen by the doctor.

There’s also another person at the front desk, I believe her name begins with the letter ‘M’ as well - I have spoken with her on the phone a few times; she, like the rest of the staff, is very knowledgeable, and conscientious.

If there were 100 stars to rate this office, I would.

Thank you so much Pasadena Smile Center - if business ever gets slow, you could structure a new business model, one where other dental offices are trained on how to be truly successful - one where customers come away from their appointments feeling extremely happy with the service provided.

In the meantime, I will work on creating a platform where people can provide 100 stars when the need calls for it. But for now, here’s your 100⭐️’s.

Going to the dentist has never been my favorite but Since I found Dr. Molayem I’ve noticed that not only I don’t dread going, I actually look forward to seeing her, and to our brief but pleasant chats. Her office is beautiful and everyone is very kind and helpful. I am embarrassed to admit that flossing has always been hard for me and I use to skip it often, but something shifted in me as I started going to Dr. Molayem that flossing started to become a habit and now I can’t imagine skipping it! I credit this fully to Dr. Molayem! Dr. Molayem is warm, kind and incredibly knowledgeable and has made going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience for me and my family. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I recommend Pasadena Smile Center to any of my friends in the area! The dentist I went to before this used lots of fear tactics and predatory practices—they made me think my teeth were going to eventually fall out if I didn’t buy this $1k+ gum treatment (which my dentist friend confirmed was a money grab). I became super suspicious of dentists. However, 2 years after switching to Pasadena Smile Center, I feel totally at ease. It’s a smaller office and the hygienists are really kind—they’re attentive to pain points and I enjoy chatting with one of them about his band. The dentist, Dr. Molayem, is very friendly, apologetic when they’re running a bit behind, and she has NEVER tried to scare me into buying anything excessive. I truly feel like I can trust her and the team, and I’m grateful that going to the dentist once again feels like a non-stressful, mostly boring, and even somewhat pleasant experience. 🙂
