Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. My daughter has been twice. She is under 4 and is terrified of the dentist office. The staff does such a great job. I feel bad for all the craziness but they are reassuring and get the job done. Highly recommend.

Dr is great. Front office, ehh. It’s highly weird that payment is demanded upon entry without always fully knowing what is needed. One time we even had to guess what the Dr was going to do and we paid for something that ended up not needed and had to go through the process of a refund. It shows major distrust of your patients and is highly off putting. I’ve never been to another Dr of any kind that demands payment before the visit rather than just paying after the visit based on what was actually done and not a guess of what we think will be done. This level of mistrust actually makes me want to find a new dentist! We trust you with our kids health and you don’t even trust us to pay after the visit. It’s wild!! You should also take Amex… with the Dr. we like only coming in once every month or two in the future, and the ridiculous payment policy it is providing a strong push to find a new dentist. That’s all! I do appreciate the toys and the balloons and the kids love it as well as the assistants and Dr, it’s just the front desk and payment procedure that is severely lacking.

Excellent experience.

North SLO County is a dental and medical care desert, but Dr. Vik and his team at Paso Pediatric Dental are an absolute lifeline. Both of my kids (9 & 12) love the office and the Dr.'s & the rest of the team. I love that they treat the kids respectfully (and am a bit jealous that my wife and I can't find similar dental care 🙁.

The team here was absolutely amazing. They took into account that my son is autistic and had a hard time understanding what was going on. They were extremely patient and kind. Dr Lim was absolutely phenomenal!
