Patterson dental is very customer service focused. Our rep Dave is always there for us and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love calling in my orders to Gwen, she’s so friendly and helps me place my orders with ease. The techs are all amazing especially Matt and Vlad. Patterson will always be our #1 for our dental needs.

When you need to buy something, or even if you don’t, Patterson is around to sell you more than you need.. When you need their help, they lack friendliness, consideration and efficiency.. I called for help, and got the run around and forced to wait! So, I called someone else.. They got us back on track in 24 hours! I’m surprised Patterson can sell you hundreds of thousands of dollars for technology, but when you need some help, are unable to receive a picture from an IPhone to just get you the part you need.. Instead, they say you have to wait three days for a tech, to order a part which who knows when you will get it.. My experience with Patterson was, thanks for buying our equipment, but, the hell with your business operations. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Buyer beware!! We had planned to have them equip an office move, but with so many errors, we used another company to finish and fix their mistakes. At NO point was there any recognition of the multiple mistakes by the equipment rep, the installers, and the billing service. They cost us so much in time, energy and money because of all the hassle. If you want details, please reach out and we can give you an earful!
