I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentistry. This place is a disgrace! First of all Isabel, the receptionist/supervisor/daughter of the poorly recommended dentist is the most rude, ignorant, and uneducated individual working for this establishment in the San Bernardino office. My father has cancer and this particular individual and dentistry made it difficult for him to get the appropriate dental care because of their unprofessionalism, lack of organization, and terrible customer service skills. I hope Isabel does not have to deal with people mistreating her father in the future when he is ill and in need of medical attention. It is so immature and unprofessional to pick up the phone and hang up. As a persistent and concerned daughter myself I made several attempts to reach their office in Rialto and they never picked up, after being referred to Isabel in San Bernardino, after I had spoken to her about a process of faxing forms to my father's oncologist and checking back she screened, answered and hung up on more than five different calling occasions. I do not see the purpose or reason why such a negative person would be at this form of job if they obviously do not like and are not good at executing their responsibilities professionally. I will take my business elsewhere, and hope the American Dental Association/Board take care of the rest.
