I was a client of People Empowering People of Arizona. I received trauma therapy services through them. The team customized a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. I am happy to say that I am stable now and no longer experience symptoms related to my past trauma. Thank you for setting me up for success, PEP!

I have nothing bad to report of my experience with P.E.P. thus far. My therapist Ron is great. He is very considerate of my special circumstances and has worked diligently to get the help I need. Thanks to him I have hope for a bright future.

My experience with People Empowering People has been stellar. I've been working with Jennifer for a couple years now. When I began, my anxiety was so intense, my head would frequently shake violently, like a nervous chihuahua, when speaking to strangers. I can now make better eye contact, I hold my head up high, and I even recently caught myself offering a friendly suggestion to a stranger perusing the books at Goodwill. A combo of DBT and EMDR have helped me be more present in my life, and begin healing from complex PTSD.

Today i completed treatment with People Empowering People. I was with this agency for over a year. I would just like to write about the consistency and good service i received. My counselor was Eliah, he was very professional, considerate, supportive, and compassionate to my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better counselor, and agency to help me during a very turbulent time in my life. I suffer from bipolar disorder and at times i would be very emotional during my sessions. Eliah was always patient and kind during these times. We studied a DBT book which at times was a little confusing for me yet Eliah would be patient enough to explain to me the teaching in detail to help me get the most out of it. I'm not healed but i have a better understanding of being mindful during rough times. I was a little unsure about my choice in the closure of my treatment. However, Lori, Supervisor reassured me that i was always welcome to return if need be. This was a great big positive experience for me. I will miss Eliah. This is a wonderful organization offering excellent behavioral health treatment at its best. Thank you People Empowering People for all of your help.

I had an appointment at 3. I called at 3:05 and left a message, and called again at 3:28.and I got voicemail both times and I proceeded to leave a voicemail . I understand scheduling issues, or appointments going over time. But you should notify clients.

This place is total garbage, they treat their employees unfairly and slaves. The manager Clinton treats his new employees with no manners, is very rude and unprofessional. This dumpster is highly grossly disorganized with their intake process and clients. I strongly advise you to keep moving forward and look for services somewhere else as this agency only cares about billing for their services and has no professionalism in the community.

Very unprofessional and unorganized intake team. Inconsiderate and completely did not respond back initially on an appointment that was set. Seems to not care about the clients who are being referred or calling in for services to be helped. This organization used to be great. But garbage now. Dont waste your time.
