Dr. Lemesh’ treatments are generous, skilled, empathic, and heartfelt. I have been to many chiropractors and none of the others embody all four of those traits at the same time, nor with such subtle pinpointed accuracy. What do I mean by subtle pinpointed accuracy? Imagine meeting a humble stranger at a farmer’s market and all you say to each other is “hello”, but the exchange is so flowing and connected that it is more satisfying than a 30 minute conversation reconnecting with an old high school friend; subtle, yet touches you deep at your core as a human being. That’s what I mean by “subtle pinpointed accuracy”. Brian has the amazing ability to help align not just the bones, but also the muscles & ligaments, mind, and spirit because of the way he incorporates Craniosacral therapy into his sessions when called for. A true healer, and I’m so grateful for his care.

I began going to Dr. Lamesh several weeks ago for help with help dealing with severe pain in my right knee. It’s an issue I’ve had on and off for years, but I’ve never had it continue for so long and get so painful. Deciding something had to be done, I took my wife’s recommendation to see Dr. Lamesh. (My wife has been going to him for a few months and is delighted with the care she receives there.) I took her advice and have been very glad I did.
Dr. Lamesh is very different from other chiropractors I’ve visited. He focuses more on slow, permanent progress through working with the muscles rather than the typical five-ten minutes of ‘bone-cracking’ before being shown the door. This helps the body heal itself and maintain equilibrium longer, avoiding needing to go back once or twice a week to get ‘a fix’ again. My knee is much better—not 100%, but that’s probably not ever going to happen—and now I’m having him work on some lower back pain which has cropped up over the last few months of Covid hibernation. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and support I’ve received from Dr. Lamesh, and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone dealing with joint issues, malalignment, or almost any type of pain or discomfort.

Just go! You will be so happy you did. The combination of traditional adjustments with fascia work has helped me tremendously, so much more effective and lasting than the approach of many others out there. If you have chronic conditions and haven't found the level of relief you hoped for yet, give Dr. Lemesh a try.
