My husband was hit in the mouth during a freak pinata accident on a Sunday. It turned out to be a complex case and we were so grateful to end up in this office. Dr Do is very experienced with emergency dentistry and took excellent care of him. He even checked in via text that evening and the next day. He truly cares and is a nice guy. Prices are fair and appropriate for the care he provides. A quote was given before he started the work. The office is very clean and comfortable. I sent his info to all my friends to keep for dental emergencies. We'd switch to his practice full time if he wasn't so far from our house. Thank you Dr Do for saving the day! Leah & Robert

Dr. Do is not only an amazing dentist but also a kind and caring person. My grandson was in great pain and he needed emergency care at 9:00 at night on Saturday. Dr Do came to his RB office and worked on him until 11:30 pm. His work and attitude are commendable! I wish there were alot more dentist that took that much pride in their work. His compassion to his job and for helping people who are in pain and need relief is very noteworthy.Thank you again Dr. Do!!!!!!!

As with others, I am sure Dr Do will troll my review. He gaslights anyone who doesnt fall lockstep with what he wants. I have choices in my situation. Dr Do was NOT ok with my choice.
I gave Dr Do 2 stars because he does come in on the weekends and is willing to actually do the emergent work. The patient prior to me had a filling done. Im sure he felt relieved.
Dr Do took 2 xrays and looked at the tooth. He showed me another patient's records (HIPAA violation) to prove that he does good implants.
I need an extraction of a front tooth. I am set to have full restoration implants in 2 months. I am not interested in a new dentist. I have seen a specialist for 5 years.
Dr Do told me my Maxillofacial surgeon and my Periodontist are "stupid" and that allowing Dr Do to place singular implants (I need 17 teeth replaced) was the only way to go for me. This is absolutely false and would cost about $50,000.00 more than what I am paying for full implants.
To be clear, he showed me a $7000.00 quote for the 1 implant then gaslit me. I asked to just have the extraction and bone graft ($1700.00) because I am set to have surgery in 2 months.
He gaslit me over and over and told me I was stupid. Very immature.
I called for my husband and told him I felt like I was talking with a teenager. Then Dr Do got really mad. He gaslit my husband until I had a panic attack.
If you need an extraction, just understand that, unless you want him to do an implant right then and there, he wont be ok with that.

The night before Halloween I completely knocked out my front tooth, and my other front tooth was knocked out half way. Peter came in on his day off the next morning and saved my two teeth. He is a perfectionist at what he does, and placed my teeth straighter then they were before. He was able to communicate with my Vietnamese speaking mother, but also spoke perfect English. Would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY From Peter Do DDS - A Money-Driven Nightmare!

my experience at Peter Do DDS left me feeling compelled to share this, as it was nothing short of a financial and lack of care and service. If you value your money and well-being, steer clear of Peter Do DDS.
I had a dental emergency with a swollen cheek, I turned to Peter Do DDS, which is nearby my house the first thing i noticed Its only one Person who plays the roles of front office, nurse, dentist, specialist, cleaner, and phone operator. This alarming lack of staff should have been my first warning sign.
The very first thing I was asked to do was sign a credit card form, emphasizing their apparent priority of financial matters over my urgent dental concerns. The shock continued when I was charged a staggering $194 for a single tooth X-ray, without the thorough examination of my entire mouth i attached the invoice here. which reputable dental offices in San Diego routinely provide at a fraction of the cost typically between $25 to $55.
than after that one X-ray he quoted me $1800 for a single tooth extraction, with only $400 covered by insurance and $1400 expected out of my pocket. Fortunately, my skepticism led me to seek a second opinion.
At a different dental office, I found a team of over 10 dedicated professionals, including nurses and specialists, who not only conducted a comprehensive X-ray of my entire mouth but also offered a significantly lower total cost for the extraction. They behaved very nice and extracted my teeth they charged me $450 in total with the out-of-pocket expense amounted to a mere $82, highlighting the absurdity of Peter Do DDS's pricing.
I am so grateful for my decision to walk away before falling victim to further financial exploitation. It raises serious concerns about the ethicality and legality of allowing dental practitioners like Peter Do DDS to charge exorbitant fees without delivering transparent and adequate services.
I strongly discourage anyone from seeking dental care at Peter Do DDS. Protect your financial well-being and choose a reputable establishment where patient care takes precedence over profit.
He really don't care if you have pain or any other issue. he pushes you to a point to do the first $194 x-ray exam and get stuck with him.

I chipped a tooth on a fruit seed and was having a lot of sensitivity, so I called Dr. Do's office to see if he could see me the same day (my regular dentist was closed for the long weekend). He was able to see me within the hour and was super nice and friendly, and he explained to me about how it wasn't a big chip and wouldn't need a filling. He smoothed out the chip for me and while my tooth is still sensitive, I have peace of mind that it isn't long lasting damage. Thank you Dr. Do!

I had a dental emergency it was Sunday so almost no dentist offices were open. I found this office and was able to call Dr. Peter Do and he met me within an hour. He fixed my tooth the same day and I was so grateful to leave with my tooth back. Nice, clean office and he was very personable.
