I found this place because it was close, the reviews were good, the pictures of the place on Google looked very neat and clean, and they had openings right away. Carla, the office manager, is excellent and always treats you professionally with a great bedside manner. Conor Uhlir is my Physical Therapist and has been fantastic! Very knowledgeable, witty, gives plenty of things to work on at home and how to do them. Conor has a genuine interest in getting you to a better place regarding your health. I appreciate Physioworks more than they know! 😊🙏

Physioworks is physical therapist team that provided me with training on how to strengthen the muscles and ligaments which contributed to my sciatica.

Additionally, the philosophy of being aware of strengthening often neglected muscles and of putting strain on those areas in a safe way has already helped me to eliminate almost all pain associated with my sciatica and with almost all of my back pain as well. Now half way complete with my sessions, I began noticing improvement with my pain and movement after the first session.

These exercises and routines will be ones that I’ll continue to use for years to help in all areas of my physical health. And the idea of mixing up these moves will keep the preventative routines from becoming boring.
