Fui mi hija ase 6 meses y medio me dijieron que ella avia tenido braquets y quevel destista le abia dejado barnis le pregunte cuanto me cobraba para quitarselo y se puso en el plan que ellos no se los abian puesto tenia caries y me cobraban 300 dolares y ella nunca se quejo que le dolares mas lo que pajaba la azeguranza delta ase 1 semana le ablaron para que fuera alinpiza ella fue y me salieron conque tiene infeccion en la ensia y que ella nesesitaba una linpieza profunda y que tenia que pagar 700 dolares porque delta no cubria ni la linpieza profunda ni el tratamiento de ensiapara mi ver solo quieren sacarle a uno el dinero y la estoy trasferiendo a otro dentista

Amazing experience at Pico Rivera Dental Smiles. The Doctors and Staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable . They explain the treatment in terms you can easily understand. Additionally, the office looks to be recently remodeled. It is probably the nicest office I have ever been to. Highly recommend Pico Rivera Dental Smiles

I absolutely love this office. I have been going to Dr. Shah forever, and have the best experience every time. The advanced technology and the wonderful dental team will make your visit exceptional. The whole staff makes you feel beyond comfortable and I always know I am in the best care with them. Love this new office!

DONT COME HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
AND LIERS don’t let their fake smiles and personality get you!!!
If you have you insurance they will not bill your medical or insurance for a cleaning they will charge you 700-900 $ for a cleaning when your insurance can be billed. Also they call it government insurance they try to make you feel bad that you have medical
They will push for you to finance victor jovanna and Marisol don’t trust them they will try to just get you approved and get your money and won’t even try to bill your insurance!!!
This place is evil and unprofessional for doing this to their patients!
DR. Shah only works Thursdays I had toothache because she only works 1 day out of the week they wanted me to drive to Huntington Beach to get my procedure done it’s ridiculous. Also they did not finish a procedure that they billed me for through credit and Johanna the manager is very rude and had no sympathy for patient's also she kept insisting for me to get my mom to co-sign for 8,000 $ work for the right side of my mouth which is ridiculous!!!! they are in on it for the money unfortunately. When you go in a dentist you expect the dentist and there team to help you instead they will lie to and say you need 13,000 of work in your mouth that what they did. Very unprofessional and not untrustworthy and that’s the truth and they are scammers and they to their patient about their diagnosis and Run as far as you can from this place it was a nightmare for me.

Initial visit was on 3/16/24, pain felt when tooth 3 cracked while eating. Tooth had a root canal done 3 years prior but still only had a temporary crown. Dentist discovered pain was caused by a broken filling on tooth 2, decided best course was to remove the filing and place crowns on both 2 and 3. During the procedure dentist was surprised 3 was cracked, decided to stay the course. She forcefully removed the broken portion of the tooth and placed temporary crowns on both teeth. I called and reported pain later that day and they said it was normal. Took ibuprofen to manage the pain. On 3/21/24 the pain became unbearable. Called the dentist who told me to come in right away. More x-rays were taken and they discovered an infection on the nerve in tooth 2 that was initially missed. Advised they will remove temp crown and pack the cavity to alluvial the pain and to go to a specialist the next day for a root canal. Tech proceeded to attempt to remove the temp crown but only used a numbing gel for the pain. When this caused intense pain she gave me a numbing rinse and tried again. Only after 10-15 minutes of excruciating pain did she call over someone else to administer pain killer injection. I was left in shock and could not stop trembling for the next few days. Went in for the root canal the next day and the specialist discovered another infection in tooth 3. So not only did the original dentist cause extreme pain, but was going to place crowns over two infections.

Dr. Shah and her staff were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They have a very friendly front desk and hygienist. After my initial x-rays and check up, Dr. Shah spent the time to truly explain what was going on based on the imaging and her findings. In the past, I’ve had dentists just say "you need a filling," but she explained it to me in a way I was able to understand. If you live in or near pico Rivera, I’d recommend them for sure 🙏

Recently found this amazing dental office in Pico Rivera. Let’s start off by saying how beautiful this place is, looks like everything is brand new. I was then greeted by the front office staff, everyone is so nice here and the doctor made my visit painless. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family here.
