I have been going to Pierce Family Dental for a number of years. Every time I go, from the moment I enter the office I’m met with friendly, cheerful & capable staff. The hygienists always do a good job and are friendly and personable. I especially appreciate the level of integrity & professionalism with which Dr Pierce delivers her services. She is gentle & caring, and does great work. She always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I love how her dental assistants always me feel so comfortable, too. Dr Brandon is top notch as well! A great office-I highly recommend!

I was referred to Pierce Family Dentistry by a friend and have been a loyal customer for over three years. The clinic is clean and provides a familiar atmosphere. All staff, from the coordinators Kaylee and Melanie to the assistants Heidi and Juan, are friendly and professional. I completed different dental work (fillings, crowns, and root canals) with both Dr. Brandon and Dr. Jennifer, and felt at ease in their hands. The hygienist Chelsea is knowledgeable and gentle on your teeth. I happened to have an emergency and was allowed to be seen the same day, which I appreciated. Appointments are easy to book and I never had to wait in line because everyone is truly focused on patient care. I don’t live close to Rancho Peñasquitos but the drive is worth the excellent service.

The hygienist was phenomenal. Couldn't be more impressed. Super personable and very knowledgeable. The dental assistant also great. The actual dentist was poor. Told me I didn't have a "manly smile" and that I needed $10-20k worth of veneers. I understand they are running a business. However, making your patients feel bad about themselves to generate revenue doesn't sit well with me.

I was referred to Pierce by a co-worker bc I had some terrible experiences with previous dentist offices in which they tried to pressure me into having deep cleaning done for an exorbitant amount of money. So I was looking for a family run practice instead of a corporate group. Everyone I met there was extremely nice and friendly and did not try to upsell me services I did not need. They even confirmed that I did not need a deep cleaning- that my dental hygiene was excellent and had no issues with my teeth. They gave me good information about periodontal disease and prevention/repair and referred me to a specialist, but not in a pushy way. So happy to have found them and get back into a regular routine with a great dentist and staff that really cares about their clients not just profits.

I had an exceptional dental visit. Dr. Pierce attentively addressed my concerns and dedicated time to discuss my dental health. The hygienist meticulously cleaned my teeth with great care. It was, by far, one of the best dental cleanings I’ve experienced. The results were impressive; my teeth, previously stained from chlorhexidine, were thoroughly cleaned unlike at my former dental office. The hygienist was gentle, ensuring a pain-free experience unlike my previous cleanings elsewhere.
