Estoy aquí desde la 7;55 am llego y lo primero la recepción usted no tiene una cita hoy pero le puedo dar una alas 3 pm cuando la programe hace 3 semanas llevo 2 horas y media y solo ha echo rx por primera ves ya atención es como que estas pidiendo algo gratis pésima la persona que me toco definitivamente no vuelvo nunca por favor

I was a patient of theirs for 4 years. I finally cut the cord. Every time I went it was 5+ hours in the chair, was over billed many times, could never speak to anyone about it until I went in and sat in their waiting room refusing to leave until I spoke to the office manager Sylvia. They refused to give me my medical records and told me to go online and download them. What I wanted were my exam notes and xrays. We are going on 2 years of asking now. They also do not act on anything that they find going on in your mouth until you say something. It's like they wait on what could be a $300 fix for it to become emergent and you need a root cannal and a crown so they can make more money off of you. They tell almost every patient that they cannot have a simple cleaning and that they need a deep cleaning costing 1K+. The best one is when I was told that my next visit was going to cost one amount and on the day of the visit it when I checked in they asked me to pay triple the amount saying that my insurance did not approve some of the billing codes. Well shouldn't I have been told that prior to the visit? Maybe when I got an appointment reminder call? Oh wait.... I never got those either!!!!!

If i could give negative stars, I would, but apparently you have to put at least 1 or you can't post. I waited a week to be seen and the day before my appointment i missed 2 calls which i was not able to answer but they didn't leave a message either time. They were calling to cancel my appointment because apparently they called dentist and were told they were not aware of me needing to be seen by endodontist and they could not see me without a referral. I told this person that i was actually referred for not 1 but 2 root canals at which her reply was " well I don't know who to believe " to which i replied maybe the liar was her because i never got a voice message not did i get an email. She proceeded to let me know that i wasn't going to call her a liar and she was canceling my appointment and to seek a different provider. Apparently it's okay for her to call me a liar and when i asked her for her name she hung up on me. I happen to be a couple of doors down from the dentist office so i went in and i asked for the name of the person who i had just spoken to over the phone and had hing up on me, nobody knew who i had spoken to . The lady up front then started whispering with somebody who was on the other side of the wall then she got up and stepped away when she returned I was then given a name of Sylvia Smith who apparently is the Office Manager and she was the person i spoke to. Nobody else ever came out to speak to me. I don't think i even got a real name and if i didn't that's just more proof how poorly the customer service is. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the customer service at this office is very poor and they don't care how they speak of treat possible patients not do they take accountability for their actions.

Folks their management team is maintained scammers, I wouldn’t recommend going here & it’s a big time hassle !!!!

They change bills to higher if there’s a possible scenario!!!!
These guys are such a crap that have bad intentions of getting money out of clients as much as possible by adjusting their invoice which can be recreated with different amounts multiple times.

I wouldn’t right this review but it’s been such a headache since 2 months dealing with my wife’s invoice bill from them which they have already taken from my credit while I visited their at September 4th, it is all paid but to this day they keep on sending bills but the thing is that we have called 7 times to request that please update our bill since it was paid already & all they say is someone will reach out to us to confirm but never do .

As someone who is anxious to go to the dentist Sarah and the team made me feel so comfortable. I had multiple things done a s the care was amazing. Highly recommend
