The staff at this dental office are amazing! I brought my two daughters in for checkups after moving into the area. The team member that works for the front desk (Anna Marie) is the one of the main reasons we have kept coming back to this dental office. Her positive energy is contagious and really left an impression on my youngest daughter! Anna Marie even went so far to quickly draw two little happy little cats on a post-it for my daughter, which made her smile from ear to ear! Liz is also absolutely fantastic! Last but not least, the dentist’s (Dr. Lyons and Dr. Zenner) are both amazing too! Highly professional, efficient and communicative! They let you know what they’re doing and don’t waste time getting the job done! We need more awesome human beings like this in the world! Especially at dentist offices!

Great experience. Super friendly, professional and affordable. Liz and Mark are outstanding. Fixed problem quickly and did a really good job. Reception team are welcoming, nice and super efficient. Highly recommend and sincere thanks to Liz and Mark.

Everyone at this office is great and friendly. I had to get a tooth removed yesterday due to sudden pain and the entire staff was very obliging and they even took me in as a late evening appointment. They researched my insurance and gave me a clear idea of what’s covered and what’s not and what my choices are and helped me make the right decision. Amanda was the person I initially spoke with over phone and she was wonderfully professional. She was smiling, courteous and helpful all the way. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience despite the pain I went in with and would any day recommend this office to friends.

I came in to get a ridge on my molar filed down and the whole experience was terrible. The dental assistant was so unprofessional and rude. She didn’t put the numbing gel on like the doctor asked her to so when he came in to ask if I was numb yet I was like “no?” So then he had to do it. Then for him to “fix” the ridge he filed down half my tooth and placed a filling. The whole time the dental assistant kept forgetting to suction or spray water. Then when she remembered her job, she sprayed my whole face and suctioned my cheek. Once I went home a few days later a piece of filling came out and I returned to the dentist for them to tell me “no, nothing came out”. Then a week later the whole thing actually broke out and I was missing half my tooth! I finally went to a different dentist and I could not be happier with them. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid at all costs.

I had a horrible experience here. There were so many issues I could write a book. It had been a couple years, but everytime I think of my experience I get upset. From a different dentist everytime I went in and each one telling me or doing something different from the previous one to the rude office staff. (The girls checking me in were fine). THE ONLY THING THIS PLACED CARED ABOUT WAS THE MONEY, NOT THE PATIENT.

Fake reviews. My 1st day I was in office there was a lady yelling at front office about scheduling and insurance. I thought she was crazy. Now 4 months later it’s me ! My husband took 2 days off work to completed his dental care and the office never put the first appointment in. ( we all make mistakes) rescheduled, called to confirm they had the appointment, then sat for an hour to be told he could leave or wait another hour to be seen. This office is NOT OWNED BY A DENTIST. They are bought out by a company called Navajo smiles and the employees are temps that’s why it’s never the same people working there and nothing ever gets done correctly- such as submitting claims. None of my claims have been submitted. I got all of my X-rays and I’ll be going to a dentist owned private practice that doesn’t run like this.

I was terrified to go to the dentist after not seeing one in 8 years! Everyone here made me feel very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and they are accommodating - from my fear of needles to my preference to chat throughout the entire visit ? They explain everything to you, and they go over all of your options. Dr. Dan helped me on his day off, Marina and Andrea at the front are very patient and helpful, and Chris and Anthony keep you laughing and comfortable. I'm so happy I found them!
