After many experiences with other doctors I feel lucky to have found Dr. Rambacher. He is professional, thorough and does not give up until you are healed. His wound care is the best I have experienced and unfortunately, I have been treated by many physicians before finding Dr. Rambacher. Dr Rambacher is thorough and spends time explaining everything. I am very pleased with the treatment plan to start. Heading back in 3 weeks. I was a patient of Podiatry Hotline for AT LEAST three years. There is not enough nice things I can say about Dr. Rambacher and his staff. Beyond being incredibly patient and kind, he fixed me up from a life altering ankle injury that was preventing me from properly walking/exercising for an extended period of time.

He worked with me through many appointments and was more than happy to accommodate me despite my obesity requiring special equipment. I even came into his care with a certain mistrust for medical practitioners. Not only did he tolerate that unfair behavior from me, he restored my trust in medical professionals.

The most important reason I am writing this review though is because he successfully operated on my ankle and restored me back to full health. Even though its been some time since I have been out of his care I thought to write this review because I have been walking 10k steps a day for an extended period of time and its all because of the hard work of Dr. Rambacher.

I am truly grateful for everything and even though I am incredibly hopeful I will never need future care from him, I am confident I would be in the best hands should that need arise.

I would like to give a negative review if I can.

A year ago, I had intended to express my dissatisfaction through a review but ended up procrastinating. Recently, I received a statement claiming I hadn't paid the copay. Recollecting my payment during the visit, I examined my old credit statement and verified the transaction. When I contacted the billing department, they acknowledged my payment but explained that the account had not been updated due to a billing cycle issue. This explanation seems puzzling to me since I paid the copay during the visit.

During the appointment, the doctor suggested purchasing expensive shoes and orthopedic insoles, a recommendation not endorsed by other orthopedics in the area. Echoing sentiments from other negative reviews, it appears that Dr. Rambacher's motivations are primarily financial. The staff members were notably impolite, and the billing department abruptly ended our conversation when I sought clarification on an overdue account, despite my prompt payments. If I hadn't reviewed my year-old credit card statement, I might have unwittingly made an unnecessary payment. Approach your interactions with this establishment cautiously.

I have NEVER been to a Dr. in all of my 55yrs., who will conduct just about every test you can in an office setting and figure out what the problem is before you leave his office. Mind you, I did have a previous MRI and came in with the results. However, the results weren't reviewed until all other test were conducted. After reviewing all test result including the MRI, everything was explained and it all made sense why I was in so much pain. I have found my Dr. for life. I wish Dr. Rambacher was specialist in all fields. I am extremely happy I found him. I highly recommend anyone with foot/ankle problem to seek out Dr. Rambacher.
