Mila and Kim are both amazing at doing pedicures. If you have ingrown nails, they are the ones that you want to ask for!

I had a Horrible experience none of my nails look the same shape the are all different and he folded my nail beds to the max. I was going to get French tip but didn't want to pay an extra $15 on top of $80 for just getting a bad job. Haven't been this disappointed in nails ever really. I won't leave a low star review just because the pedicure was defeated worth it.

$80 for a full hard gel set. Seemed steep but whatever. Just went back for a full and it was $70 for 30 minutes and they are lumpy. For $70 it better look like Jesus himself came down from the sky and did them. They look like I glued kidney beans to the top of my nails and then painted them lilac.

Henry is always so positive, polite, and professional; I've only had him do my nails, but everyone's very sweet and talented. I'm absolutely in love with my nail design today!

Tam and Henry and their team are the BEST. Tam can literally replicate any complex nail design you could imagine. They have a huge selection of colors and glitter. The massage chairs are lovely and the Saon is always very clean. The gel manicures don’t peel or chip, they last at least three weeks. I recommend this spot to everyone.

This is by far the best nail salon in the area! Tam is my usual nail technician and she is an incredible artist and so fast! Even some of my more complicated requests she has never taken more than 60-90minutes. Henry is also great and has done my nails several times as well. The salon is lovely with all of the plants and everyone is very kind. Only call out is if you have someone specific you like to do your nails you should book in advance via schedulocity!

We’ve had great experiences and paid with card in the past so I’m confused and disappointed to this experience.

My sister had an appointment (called to reschedule) and well on time. She wasn’t acknowledged nor greeted upon arrival and sat down to wait for someone to come to her. As other customers came in, they were promptly greeted and seated despite being walk-in appointments.

After her acrylic set was done, the common courtesy question of “do you like them?” wasn’t asked - just simply “Venmo, cash or card?”

When trying to pay with the card her fiancé gave her, the man asked her to provide an ID. This is understandable as it wasn’t her card. But because he was not inside the salon, she attempted to pay with her own card on Apple Pay to be get out quicker.

Again she was told she would need to provide an ID (she didn’t have her wallet). She offered to leave her phone to go get him but was asked to sit down and wait for him. But I’m confused as to why she would need to provide one as no other customer had to.

On top of all this, the nails were bad quality. There was acrylic and gel on the edges on her nails, which had to be fixed by another lovely salon for her event later tonight.

I don’t want to throw around the word discrimination, but it’s not the first time I’ve heard of experiences like this at Polish Me. This experience was embarrassing to say the least. For $80 and a tip, you’d expect a nicer treatment.
