Dr. Patel is professional, friendly and honest. He has state of the art equipment and he doesn’t try to talk you into work that you don’t need done, which I’ve experienced with other dentists. His staff is also very friendly and efficient. I feel so fortunate to have found him.

It was such a blessing to find the office of Dr. Patel.

I was in a terrible position after having a temporary crown poorly placed and fall off after seeing a different dentist. I was unable to eat with the amount of pain I was suffering, and I felt no support from the previous dentist who had put me into the situation. I didn't know what to do.

I walked into the office of Dr. Patel and explained my situation to the front desk. She was so kind and professional, and came up with a plan to get me in the same day while also getting the care covered by my insurance.

The office is very up to date. They took a 3D scan of my teeth and were able to create a crown for me in the office. I really felt that they were not cutting corners and had the technology necessary to create the best outcome.

Dr. Patel is so kind and professional. You can tell he really cares about his patients and the quality of his work. He made a conscious effort to minimize my pain and make sure the job was done well. I walked out with a new crown, back to 100% after just a couple hours.

I couldn't recommend this office more. It was a high quality experience. Dr. Patel is a good man and a trustworthy dentist, which seems hard to come by these days.

My first appointment was quite eye-opening with a most impressive array of x-rays, which pictured my teeth, gums, and roots from every conceivable angle! Dr Patel and his staff were kind, professional, and spent over an hour explaining what my mouth needed to be healthy, and provided an interest-free source to help me afford the costs. An excellent beginning.

Update:
All of my teeth and gum recommendations are complete, and my smile, and oral health, have really improved without any pain! My suggestion to anyone who wants to avoid debt is to rid of your medicare HMO, and pay another $40.-$50. each month for a PPO dental plan; as soon as that coverage is in effect, go see Dr Patel!

Just received a terrific cleaning; you know the kind where you can feel all the spaces between your teeth with your tongue! Exceptional service!

This dental facility is so rude! I would give them zero stars if possible. According to the information online, they accept new patients, but when you call them, they say they don't, and told they're not available in the next 6 or 8 months, even if you've already changed to have them as your default facility. Their solution is for you to call your insurance to change doctors. Such a poor experience!
A further edits based on their reply below: I called them to make a family appointment, not our baby. The front desk simply told me they do not accept new patients. I asked for the reason and a solution, and they requested that I call my insurance to change my plan. Come on! I had set them as my default dentist successfully months ago. Why didn't they provide essential service? They should mark their group as "not accepting new patients" if they are unavailable! All in one, because of this, I called my insurance to change my group, which needs to wait for one month to get it changed, slowing down my appointment! I really doubt how they could have a 4.9 score here.
